  1. Updated, I worked on a grey 48x48 baseplate, weather is terrible so i'll take new pictures later
  2. Very nice, I love the production line, the plan comes together, I wish you the best of luck, my entry is almost finished but seing this I might just take a little more time To how many more people are you going to say that
  3. Very creative, nice training equipment
  4. Very nice, I love that shelf with various 'treasures' on it, nice choice of parts
  5. Sorry I beat you to it. On the bright side, you'll get the motivation to do better than me
  6. Yes, burn-E, that's what I saw, thanks for looking that up, it was nice to see it again I already started on a better model, in a few days there will be pictures.
  7. Prototype is demolished, this is the Final version. This set depicts part of a spacestation, spacestation need to be controlled and R2-units are perfect for the job, by special passages they have access to most sections of the station. They are monitoring , in other words, riding around and interacting with their scomplinks wherever they can. (Yes, that's a passage shaped as an R2 unit I think I saw that in Episode 1) This is the only astro-droid I have, it's probably the most boring one you can have You see those 4 black plates sticking out of the roof ? they are for opening and closing the slide gates which give access to exterior/interior of the station. R2-units sometimes have duties on the exterior of the station. The passage to the left goes to an R2 elevator, the best way to show you how that works would be a video so I'll make one later. The gate to the right is part of an airlock which goes to the exterior of the station. The dark red track goes from the R2 resting pods through the airlock to the exterior maintenance outskirts. I was mostly inspired by Episode 1 where the Naboo ship was under attack, I've seen the movie a long time ago and from what I can remember of it there's probably a lot of it that I made up myself without realizing (I do that sometimes ). The movie Wall-E was also a great source of inspiration, I almost cried watching that movie Anyway, I'd love some more astromech droids to go with this set
  8. Nicely done, very original and it has an astro-droid I certainly wouldn't have thought about working in a different scale.
  9. Nice, the underside of that deck looks a lot like my Dutchmans' lower deck, Using rainbow colors where you don't see them Keep it up, that hull is looking good
  10. Update, now with barriers
  11. Very nice, great interior, my only possible complaint would be the back where the tables and chairs are on a plain green baseplate. I can imagine a wooden terrace would look ideal here
  12. Nicely done, I like the dark red shed on the facade, I'm amazed you got both many on the first level, the roof window is a nice though as well. It took me a minute to realize what the lift was I find this one of the most interesting pictures.
  13. Thank you for the nice comments That elevator is practical indeed, I'm kind of attached to the ramp though. It's a great Idea for later, my town based creations always involves cars so it's not unlikely I would make another parking lot later. I left that open so it can be attached to another one but as a single one I might better add some fences There is room there but I already placed the ticketmachine and a thrascan there, I definitely thought about a barrier at the entrance but that seems to be very difficult to accomplish because of the limited space Maybe I'll find a good sollution before the contest deadline. Yes, it's already to steep for my sportscar (that's why it's parked on the lower level ).
  14. I figured it would either be not allowed or simply unfair to enter it in category 2 because essentially it is a building... But if it's allowed to be entered in category 2 I'd like that
  15. hmm, good point, I had thought of adding more levels but there's not enough room for an efficient ramp, I tried different set-ups for a ramp to a possible third level but it just doesn't work in the small space. I'm going to focus on those amazing architectural details, that should be possible, thanks
  16. These are great, the use of technic beams is brilliant and very fitting, very nice
  17. B-OM-22A Essential in any city, cars need room to park. It has a capacity of 6 cars, 3 on the lower level and 3 on the upper level. It was quite challenging to make a two level parking lot on the limited surface. Because it's a bit small I added another feature, If I had two of these they could be connected back to back, that way there would be two ramps and two lower entrances, one in, one out. The lower level. The lower level is more than high enough for minifigures to stand in and big cars easely ride through (5 bricks + 2 plates high). The top level can be taken off to get a better view of the lower level. More pictures will be in my brickshelf gallery.
  18. Phew, for a moment I thought I might have gone color blind, redcoats on a blue ship You mean the angled sides ? Then I refer to Captain Green Hair's tutoral, that's the principle. For this ship I heavely simplyfied the technique into an easier, less parts-consuming variant (one exception; cheese slopes, you'll need a lot of those in my variant).
  19. Sebeus I

    Union-76

Very nice, I like the traffic lights and the cars are great as usual
  20. No but I will in the vacation, first booms and sails and then I'll see if I can find a good bricklink shop to complete the port side
  21. Thanks, I added a link to mocpages. Thanks, I'm not sure I know what you mean, it is a redcoat ship or perhaps you're refering to my frigate ? Ships make up about 70% of my mocs, when I'm not building a ship I'm probably thinking about building a ship I used that prow before (Spanish slopp-of-war) but I haven't attached an idol on it before. This doesn't fit well on bigger ships indeed. So far the cabin is the only part with interior, the gun deck is very chaotic because I kind of built this ship on top of a wip which already had a lower deck installed, maybe I'll fix this later. the costum cannons are nothing special really, I simply looked at these to make them (that's a ship from Captain Greenhair... or Bonaparte, it's confusing really ).
  22. [pid][/pid] 137B (yes, it sais intersector, not interceptor, this was entirely on purpose) This is actually not my latest ship, I must have spend over two years to finish it, It served as an experimental ship. It started out as the Interceptor but It was too difficult to make an accurate stern (the windows are extremely problematic to replicate in the brick) so I figured it wouldn't be a relevant replica anyway. So I drifted off from the original design This is the kind of view that should make you realize how much more elegant the old prefab hulls are compared to the new ones It's funny that this is one of my most simple and easy-to-build ships but also one of my favourites, I prefer it over my frigate eventhough it has less features and details. It just fits so well on that hull. It has interior in the cabin : More at MOCpages and in my Brickshelf gallery (once public).
  23. This must be my favorite so far, impressive details, the dumps in the alley are a really nice touch and practical, I'd love to see how this attach to another modular building. the big shared window (second and third floor) is really nice, love it
  24. Very nice, I'm looking forward to some more interior
  25. Very nice so far, I can really image how they move around in the factory, better get working on my own entry now
