  1. Thanks I guess I took it too literally...
  2. Guess who I just nominated for the most romantic antagonistic (??) relationship?
  3. 1) Once upon a time There was a guy who wrote a rhyme About Mafia His very first game he won but he was blown up on Night One That's Mafia Then he played another three And was loyal in all, even as a tree In Mafia Most recently he was Scum A brave warrior, but dumb No wonder he never won The Mafia That good enough for you ?? 2) Yes, although I'll only be on in the evening (UK time) from the 3rd Sept. onwards) 3) The Star Wars Original Trilogy. Favorite character: R2-D2 4) *dies* 5) *is revived*
  4. Looking forward to this! It seems Mafia really does never stop...
  5. Oh yeah, he did I was confused because in the Scum PM he said he was going to kill you, then he sent TPRU a PM separate from the scum PM to say that he was taking no action. So I didn't know what he'd done until the conclusion. He should have killed you. It doesn't really matter since he was blocked anyway, but killing the tracker is the #1 way of avoiding being tracked
  6. Yeah, I think I remember that game actually. Rule number one: always claim as Miller in your first post or the entire town will jump on you... Oh, I forgot rule number two: always read your role description on mafiascum wiki or else you'll be accused of lying TK would have killed you on Night Eight if he hadn't been blocked To be fair to Dave, the only convert-able (??) players left when he started converting were JJP, TK and you. And JJP died soon after. I agree, what a game of coincidence TPRU told us that the bomb was convert-able. We assumed that he would become a regular scum and not a bomb; however, we thought Adam was a PR for a long time. We had Adam pegged as the vig and Pandora as the bomb, hence the Night Six action.
  7. OK, OK. Don't worry, I'm used to being underestimated
  8. Avalanche looks up, startled at the queen's vehemence as she slams her rolling pin down onto the table, "Wow, someone's got anger issues..." he mutters to Terry and Kheyli, in a low voice so that she does not hear his words.
  9. Nope, we thought that Duvors was the traitor for quite a while, until just before Mencot died, when you revealed the writeboards in public and said that you were in contact with the other claims. And yes, we actually did attempt to recruit you on Night Two but my comment was supposed to refer to CK blocking Mist. I tried to post it before CK revealed it in-thread (he told me in private before the day started). Yeah, I know right? I knew as soon as I'd hit "post" that I'd messed up - I was trying to come up with theories to appear helpful, and Scum Perspective screwed me over. I was really confused and perplexed that you seemed to think that I had to be town if Duvors was town (Duvors himself pointed that out in-thread) - I thought that I was obviously scum if Duvors was being truthful. Little did I know that it was all a ploy. You know what? I supported (and still support) your move to keep the conversion. Sure, it sounds detrimental to sacrifice your kill for the conversion. But logically speaking, there was only one of you left against about fifteen townies at that point, and you needed thirteen of them (plus the SK) dead in order to win. You had to convert in order to stand a chance - too bad you were unlucky in failing and then getting tracked And you believed what I said on the writeboard? Our tactic was underestimation. You underestimated our powers of deception ( ) and you underestimated us by believing that scum-DD would post her name on the writeboard. We were all saying on the dead-board that you and Hinck had undergone a complete role reversal. On Day Eight, you were going on about far-fetched theories while Hinck was being reasonable; on Day Ten, it was Hinckley who was going on about far-fetched theories while you were spot on
  10. Yeah, Kinto dropped them in my very first quest, #83 back in 2013
  11. Do you have a "conscience" in every single game you play?? I wanted to kill Pandora for a while. You, I thought, were out of the question cause it was likely you'd be protected. Maybe it's because you're a fire giant? jluck's traitor tactic was discussed in the writeboard and I think it was pretty good, seeing as he was going to die anyway and in the long term, he brought down two townies with him. Mencot wasn't technically on our team, he was the traitor himself, and we had no part in his claim. That was crazy. And we deliberately posted nonsense on the boards to confuse the townies Oh, by the way, do you guys remember the thing I posted about the scum's mindset, that got Hinck suspecting me and eventually got me lynched? It was actually true. I worked out that Duvors was a fake traitor because of what Hinck posted on the day topic, saying that he is in contact with the other two traitor claims. No real traitor would tell Hinck that he was doing the gambit too.
  12. "Well, I've never toppled a tower or slain an exploding dragon, but life-or-death decisions do spark quarrels, conflict... usually the party is united in slaying the foe, but apart from that... well, we are mercs after all" "Seems he must've changed then..."
  13. "Is that what he calls himself now?" Avalanche nods in confirmation, then adds, "If you should happen to run into him on your travels, don't mention I said that. He'd probably put a price on my head," he chuckles.
  14. "Not always. When I first joined, things were quite different. Now there are heroes who seem to exist for the purpose of causing conflict... he trails off, reminiscent of better times in the past. "Don't worry though, things do get better once you get more experienced."
  15. "I mean, is it in people's nature to be disagreeable?" he grumbles, "For instance, there was this dwarf a few quests back, who insisted on doing the opposite to the party in every single situation we found ourselves him. Almost got himself killed umpteen times. I heard he formed a party of his own on some other quest and promptly got defeated!"
  16. "Nobody would be so idiotic as to execute their fellow heroes upon first sight. The Veterans would send them packing within an instant! The problem is that certain heroes have the instinct to make enemies with everyone within a mile radius upon stepping into the Hall..." Avalanche smiles
  17. I only got online and saw this thread for the first time less than an hour ago (from your post), so as far as I'm concerned it was there the whole time Are you thinking of doing it again? I'd love to play an anonymous game
  18. Seconded I was really hoping that it wasn't a joke. Getting rock and lava monsters, and bigfigs, and generic soldiers in addition to the knights would have been wonderful - guess it was too good to be true
  19. Avalanche grins sarcastically, "If she's an aspiring hero like the rest of us, executing her fellow heroes on day one is not the best way to start a career in Heroica..."
  20. TPRU posted it in the first post of this page, quite a while ago.
  21. TPRU shared it and I shared the scumboard
  22. Just like TLC said. When I died, it was just Dave left and he chose to keep the recruit action instead of the kill. He kept recruiting PRs until he converted TK but got tracked doing it! About the writeboards, I was the one blabbing stuff (Dave was Princess Consuela and I was everyone else) - I tried to confuse you as much as possible, but accidentally revealed the number of scum left. However, the bit at the end, when I said how your comments got our kill blocked, was purely meant to frame Mencot. We tried so hard to set him up as Scum and he actually was What happened to Harald? And did Petrus die in the end as well ?? Great photography and suspense  Scum Writeboard, password is "evil" Our writeboard with Hinck, password is "traitor" Our writeboard with Adam, password is "adam" For obvious reasons, I can't post the Duvors writeboard because I deleted it to frame him Nope, it's me who should be sorry for posting it in the first place
  23. Avalanche raises his eyebrows and stifles a snort of laughter as the "queen" hands out candy canes to the rest of the 'heroes'. He remarks to Kheyli, "D'you think she thinks we're all kids, or what?"
