Blacktron Mafia: Day 4, Razor Racer
Dragonfire replied to Dannylonglegs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
We're trying very hard to work things out behind the scenes. However, Minga is pretty sure we'll be lynching scum today, regardless of the investigation result. We have narrowed down the pool of possible scum to an extent where we probably have them all cornered.- 194 replies

Glad we're all still alive. Sucks that Rip was town, however this greatly narrows down the field of possible scum, Currently awaiting investigation results, and IMO there's a 75% chance we caught scum with them.- 194 replies

Blacktron Mafia: Day 3, Spaceship Soldiers
Dragonfire replied to Dannylonglegs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
In the absence of any counterclaims, Minga would suggest a lynch of either Bock or Rip. Signing out for the night, be back after the day closes. Good luck town- 331 replies

The hammer has been cast. 4 of 2, you better get online and tell the town what you told Minga just one split second after she voted you.- 331 replies

Blacktron Mafia: Day 3, Spaceship Soldiers
Dragonfire replied to Dannylonglegs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Terribly sorry, but Minga unvoted. In other news, Minga's sorry if this looks like fishing, but it is imperative that those with town power roles who have not claimed to Minga do so now. Otherwise a few scum could be getting away with faking roles. Oh, and just in case Minga doesn't get back in time she's going to Vote: Bock (Bob). Haven't made a case on him yet, but Minga will in due time. Wait, did it wrong. Vote: Bock (Bob).- 331 replies

Mafia After Dark. You won it as the only living player Yes, the scum never all vote together, great. But you know what, Minga agrees with you! This as well. Keeping your options open, indeed? Probably because you don't care who's lynched, as long as it's a townie. But it's a wasted vote,.and is quickly unvoted. 4of2 and Bock are looking more and more like scum buddies now... 4of2 doesn't want to be today's lynch. So he tries to cast suspicion on a floundering newbie, and two members of the Town block. And on top of all this, there's the scum watcher hypothesis. Minga thinks that's more then enough to warrant a vote. Vote: 4 of 2 (mostlytechnic) Unvote: 4 of 2 (mostlytechnic). Gotta sort some things out behind scenes, sorry for the heel-face-turn unvote- 331 replies

Blacktron Mafia: Day 3, Spaceship Soldiers
Dragonfire replied to Dannylonglegs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Okay. There's been a lot said about 4of2 today,. and so Minga decided to do a quick post analysis to see whether he is what he claims to be. Day One. 4of2 made an initial fluff/joke post about claiming to Seamus which Clem took the wrong way, and one thing led to another etc. His second post thanks Minga for calling Clementine out and includes some more fluff. In his third post, he refers to something he said back in Ragnarok 3 to prove his point. In that same post he says this: Personally, if Minga was scum being called out for basically nothing on Day One by a persistent townie, Minga would be very quick to refute the accusations and say something like "We're both town, can't you see? Calm down." Because scum hate attention. Townies, on the other hand, would be more quick to argue and persist in proving their point. Maybe it's just playstyle here, but this is a slight ping. 4of2 is very quick to call both himself and Clem Town and end the discussion. Maybe as he was posting this he realised it might seem scummy and added in the last sentence. Fourth post is more fluff. 4of2 doesn't post again for four pages, over which time Wen makes his scummy comments, and voting opens. Then he checks back in. He backs up Bock, and calls Clem out for hypocrisy. While yes, Bock had a point, Minga's not sure whether 4of2 needed to reinforce that point. Seems like he's trying to subtly put suspicion on Clem. Then he says this, in the same post, about Harriet: Again, he has a point, but at this point he's just calling out newbies for being newbies. Once again, the casting of suspicion is subtle, and "toned down" by the dismissal of it as noobishness at the end. Why call her out if you're just gonna say "it could easily be noobishness" "I need to know if you've figured something out or found scum, Harriet! Please reveal it!" Alternatively, this could be a supporting gesture to a newer teammate. Early distancing from what looks like the two main bandwagons of the day. Considering my view that no scum voted for Clem, this is quite telling. 4of2 was probably worried that most of his teammates had already voted for Wen and he didn't want to put all the scum in one basket (seeing as it screwed him over in Main Street Mafia). Note: at the time of this post, Harriet, Seamus, Bock, Laura (conf. town), Rip and Nathan had already voted for Wen. Guess who Minga's other suspects are? 4of2 votes in his sixth post. But first, he says he thinks Clem (and Wen) are town. Aaaand he places a completely random vote on Hannah for lurking and flying under the radar. Not very helpful at all, and it distances him from the main wagons tomorrow. In his seventh and last post, he responds to Clem's agreement with his point about Hannah: He's very quick to dismiss and distance himself from his vote on Hannah. Maybe he thought Clem would be the likely Day Two lynch and wanted to switch opinions early and rapidly to not make a future vote on Clem look weird? More will follow later when I analyse 4of2's contributions on Day Two.- 331 replies

Saying you're town doesn't change anything. And I looked over your past games and it appears you won one as scum when you replaced in for PPJB. It isn't in your signature. So that makes four.- 331 replies

Blacktron Mafia: Day 3, Spaceship Soldiers
Dragonfire replied to Dannylonglegs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Yeah, to Minga he seems like a really really eager townie who wanted so much to help but ended up confusing the heck out of everyone. And besides, Laura makes the most sense as a vig kill anyway. The one thing that makes Minga doubt Zipzop is this: He called out 4-of-2, Bock and Seamus for "colluding" together behind the scenes, when he freakin' told 4-of-2 that Bock and Seamus had parts of the code....- 331 replies

Blacktron Mafia: Day 3, Spaceship Soldiers
Dragonfire replied to Dannylonglegs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Minga has already made both of these points. Repeating others' points - noted. Minga was defending him before he outed because obviously, Minga didn't want a claimed power role to be lynched. To be honest, that is a pretty terrible point (from Paul, not you). He was very adamant in PM about revealing his role. He wanted to do it ever since Seamus said "I know where my vote is going today." Fishing. Ping. And for your information, yes, Minga knows for certain that someone targeted Clem.- 331 replies

Blacktron Mafia: Day 3, Spaceship Soldiers
Dragonfire replied to Dannylonglegs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Zipzop, the only way that the scum could have known that Vasquez had part of the code was if Nathan or Diamond were scum... Minga has played three games with you in which you were scum, so there's those for starters. Scum Watcher is pretty unusual though on EB, whatever Mafiascum says. Stop fishing, for goodness' sake! Why should we reveal Paul's result Hmmm....this does seem too coincidental to be true... He's played Scum at least four times...- 331 replies

Dragonfire replied to Dannylonglegs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Why do you keep blantantly ignoring EVERYTHING MINGA SAYS IN PM [ Paul's definitely a watcher, the question is which alignment is he? Okay, this is weird. Someone's definitely lying here, or else Zipzop has been feeding different information to Seamus and 4-of-2. Yes, there is a chance that no scum were on the Clem wagon. There'll never be a 100% chance of anything unless everyone on the wagon has died and flipped.- 331 replies

Blacktron Mafia: Day 3, Spaceship Soldiers
Dragonfire replied to Dannylonglegs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Paul has not been investigated as town. He is the Watcher, as he has just claimed. By "five townies", Minga is including Paul and Clementine... To be honest, 4-of-2, Rip and Bock are all viable lynches. Harriet too for that matter. Sheep. Why on earth did you claim? Minga specifically told you not to And by the way, that is a pretty lame reason to suspect Seamus. Minga will answer this for him: no, he cannot. Point blank. Enough has been revealed already. Yes.- 331 replies

Blacktron Mafia: Day 3, Spaceship Soldiers
Dragonfire replied to Dannylonglegs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
In hindsight that was a bad idea. But Minga does trust them. Okay. Ignore Minga's previous post. Minga has received protector, watcher and investigator claims. Could anyone counterclaiming please ask a mouthpiece to counterclaim in-thread? We are speaking behind the scenes. But we're not collectively clearing people. It's me who's trying to compile all the information and find scum.- 331 replies

If the investigator is Scum, then we're all screwed because Minga basically told him/her everything... Minga has no solid suspicions. Null-Scum is the most she's got to go on. So you'd rather have Minga reveal which claims she's got than just generally ask people to claim? That's more like fishing to me. Try again- 331 replies

Blacktron Mafia: Day 3, Spaceship Soldiers
Dragonfire replied to Dannylonglegs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Okay. If anyone wishes to counterclaim investigator, protector, blocker, watcher, tracker, bulletproof townie or vigilante, please contact me or someone you trust. Minga's not going to come out and say which roles have claimed because that would just be a road map for scum. So she's only stating the more common roles.- 331 replies

Null-Scum is when Minga doesn't have a strong read on someone, but thinks they might be scum. Kind of like a small scumread. No, it will increase the number of Scum kill targets. Behind the scenes, we've cleared about five townies and no, we're not going to reveal them all because some of them are power roles Exactly. (By the way, the verified Townie claimed vanilla). Well, Minga's assuming any smart vigilante would do this anyway, but just to make it clear, Vigilante, please stay at home tonight. There is a real risk of us losing the game tonight if you kill a townie. Besides, if we do indeed have a town blocker or protector, it might be a smart idea for them to get in contact with someone whom they trust, just in order to prevent fake claims and Night Action confusion- 331 replies

Blacktron Mafia: Day 3, Spaceship Soldiers
Dragonfire replied to Dannylonglegs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
OK. That's not Minga's problem. Okay, Minga will make you a little deal. If the confirmed person is being lynched today, Minga will reveal them. But the way things are now, he or she is not even under any suspicion whatsoever, so what is the point in revealing him/her? Minga doubts there would be five Scum and a Serial Killer in a game of only 19 players, since that would mean that almost a third of players were non-Town, making it an unfairly balanced game. Four scum and a Serial Killer, Minga can see. On the other hand, if there are indeed six non-townies, then the chances of hitting Scum if we lynch in the pool of non-clear people are greater. Minga really doesn't know. Zipzop could be town and has just badly messed things up trying to be helpful. It's a bit too attention-seeking to be a Scum move - surely if he was Scum a better play would have been to not reveal the tracker's identity and just kill them last night? Outing that you were the tracker's sole contact yesterday and then killing them is a stupid Scum move because it puts a lot of scrutiny on the contact (ie. Zipzop). I agree, Paul has been extremely Scummy. But townies are scummy sometimes. You just have to take my word for it - or ignore it, if that's what suits you. We'll be careful. However, Paul is definitely a bad lynch today.- 331 replies

I assumed that the "dead" person was a reference to Vasquez, who got the code. So you gave a 3-part code to Bock, Seamus and Vasquez, then you gave duplicate parts to 4-of-2, Nathan and Diamond ??- 331 replies

Shall Minga quote that again? What Minga said was if Seamus was town, then the day has been town v town arguing, because Minga knows she is town herself Minga has never said that Seamus is town. Besides, Zipzop, you're deliberately ignoring the question that Minga has asked both repeatedly in-thread and in private:- 331 replies
