I just finished building Barad-Dur last week and I think the design choice really works for it. I have confidence they can pull off the same with Minas Tirith.

The results look fantastic!

LEGO Star Wars Set Discussion 2025 - READ FIRST POST!!!

Renown says everything with a smart brick has been on the shelves at some point in the past 5 years. Doesn't that rule out a TIE Advance? -
Got my Enterprise today. The GWPs are being delivered tomorrow. I'm 5 bags into the build and really enjoying it so far. Except I hate the stickers. A set of this price should have all printed parts.

Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces

Some great new parts, but those prices are ridiculous. I'm not able to buy anything unless they drop the prices. -

No need to mini-mod In this instance, where there has been a running bit for over 200 days, posting something in Spanish is not going to get you in trouble. Yes, English is the language we ask people to use on EB. But a joke is a joke, we're not going to knock you for continuing the joke. -
[REVIEW] 60470 Explorers' Arctic Polar Express Train
MKJoshA replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Great review! I love the extra play features. It's certain elevates the set above go-around-in-a-circle. I recently picked up a used 60336 Freight Train for a good price. It's will be my first foray into Lego trains myself. The real test is whether it holds my kids attention or not. I imagine this arctic version would have a better chance at that. -

Yes, that would fit fine. -
I love how you designed the wings.

Wow. This really lives up to all my exceptions. The fact that the designers are huge Trek fans has really come out through the set. I had no idea the windows were prints. I thought it was wedge plate gaps. The end result still looks really good.

I love that Gimli's old torso is getting a re-color in the Blacksmith set. I'm hoping it shows up on PAB. -
MYSTERIES: Introduction and Rules Season 2
MKJoshA replied to MKJoshA's topic in Mysteries: A Star Wars Role-Playing Game
Well guys, it seems like everyone has been too busy. With the lack of activity and lower player base I think it's best to put Mysteries on pause. If you have any thoughts let me know. -
I would love a TNG Enterprise D Bridge, Quarks, and something Voyager related.
-
Hmm, memory is such a quirky thing. I would have guessed Barclay had a lot more than 5 episodes. Alright, I stand corrected. Ro is a decent choice.
-
I looked it up to and while I found the number 8, I counted only 5 TNG episodes and 2 Picard episodes. Even if it's only 5 or 6 that's still more than I remember her being in. O'Brien was a much more memorable character for me, maybe due to DS9. Tasha Yar, Dr Pulanski or Barclay would have been good choices. But since she showed up in Picard I guess it makes decent sense for Lego to make a version of her.

I've heard many people call Ro Laren a recurring character, but she was only in 5 episodes in TNG. And really any character could have piloted a shuttle. I too thought that maybe Lego was trying to introduce a generic Bajoran face for us, but as @JohnTPT17 pointed out the print doesn't work for Major Kira. I think @(1)Stein has presented the most plausible possibility I've heard yet. Maybe we'll get an explanation with the full reveal of the set.

I'm pretty excited for this set. But I'm curious, why Ro with the Shuttlepod? There are so many other characters they could have picked. Why someone with such little screen time?
