    Yes, it's all about the size of the file. Many programs can do that for you including Photoshop and Gimp. But you can also use this free site I found on Reddit. I tested it myself and it seems safe: https://squoosh.app/

    I am so sorry I didn't see this question earlier! I'm glad you were able to get your entries in. In case anyone is wondering, pieces broken to achieve a look that couldn't be achieved with regular Lego pieces wouldn't be allowed. Cut flextube would be an exception and would be allowed.
