  1. "I just want to see if there is any reaction to it. I think acquiring more information would assist us in developing a worthwhile plan. Preferably before we have lost too many coins or consumables."
  2. "Alan just told us to get as many as we can. It could be that get means kill in some dialects, though I am unfamiliar with that context." Hearing Benji's comment regarding the bomb, Jeaux considered the behavior observed when the bone was presented to the rocklings. "This is just a guess based on the observed behavior, but I suspect it is likely the blue one will ignore a bomb, the yellow one will inspect the bomb and may be injured by it, and the orange one will likely throw the bomb back in our general direction." Jeaux was still gripping the Topaz in his hand.
  3. "Might I suggest we attempt to capture these rocklings instead of blowing them up. I believe that is what we where hired to accomplish." Jeaux removes the Topaz from his briefcase, and while holding it tightly in his hand, he observes as it scatters the sunlight across the ground.
  4. Jeaux tosses one of his bones in the middle of the of the group of rocklings, observing their behavior in order to form a more concrete plan. He pays close attention to the two rocklings not mentioned by their guides, hoping to gain some information as to any habits the party may be able to use to their advantage.
  5. So random question here. When I write 1.5, the period separating the whole numbers from the fractional ones is referred to as a decimal point. Decimal being the number system I am using and point because it's a point. So here's the question. When someone writes 1,5 to refer to 3/2, what is the comma called?
  6. "Or we can dangle a metaphorical carrot in front of him, to help guide him to a cage."
  7. "If the blue one is the most docile then it is probably the one we should target. As for hard items they may find enticing ..." The metal gears in Jeaux's torso continued to turn as he contemplated the idea. "I suppose this bone may be hard enough to attract their attention, and it is no significant loss if unsuccessful."
  8. "If you have a better plan, I would be most interested to hear it." Jeaux requested of the assassin. The man seemed to be terrified of losing his precious stones. Thinking back on the previous battle, Jeaux was not altogether surprised by the behavior.
  9. I believe you meant to say primates (or maybe Simians) here. Homo-sapiens are a species and monkeys are not part of it.
  10. Jeaux turned to Bors, looking to aquire some more information on their quarry. "I'm afraid I have not encountered this species before, perhaps you could give us some information on them. Their dietary habits, or anything we might be able to use as bait?"
  11. "Alright! Let's toss that 6-foot turkey in a cage and get a move on!", just after the automaton said this, the dark tone his skin had taken just a short while ago began to fade back to its traditional white color.
  12. OOC: Ravage - The raider mugs all enemies in a flurry of attacks causing damage equal to their weapon power added to their level. The raider gains gold equal to the level of each enemy. "Aye the assassin knows what's what. We don't want some crazy mage unleashing the powers of nature and killing them both." The automaton kicks his feet up and decides to relax a bit in the back row.
  13. Spoiler tag might have been good here. I wasn't sure about that so I went with the lower damage option. Also Benji said 60 damage earlier in the quest and I figured he knew what he was talking about.
  14. OOC: A couple of mistakes, Tarn's shield is ravage dealing 64 damage to all opponents and gaining 44 gold (16 + 14 + 14). Benji's miss would deal 60 damage since the +3 is for power not weapon power. My shield would have dealt 68 damage to D and 34 damage to B since triple shot always deals 3 attacks even if there are less than 3 opponents. That would have killed Spitosaur B. Then Heckz would have killed Spitosaur D ending the fight. Though I actually prefer the current result so if you want to stick with that, I'm good! The battle raged on and Jeaux could see his party banding together for one quick assault. In the chaos he watched as one of the Spitosaurs fell to the assassin's arrow, then everything was a blur, he fired the hand cannon released a cloud of shrapnel and smoke, the chaos was palpable and he struggled to ascertain the current status of his opponents.
  15. Jeaux fires yet another shot at Spitosaur C
  16. Jeaux fires another shot at Spitosaur C from the back row.
  17. This was the first lego star wars set I ever got and is probably the lego set I have actually rebuilt the most of any I've purchased. I rebuilt it again a couple months back after picking up some new Lego Star Wars craft, and I had completely forgotten about the numerous alternative builds they had designed for the back of the instructions, and the addition of the landing gear to help complete the set. Thanks for doing the wonderful review.
  18. The wooden ranger felt like he was finally getting the hang of this hand cannon. The destructive power was refreshing as explosions tore away at his opponents, finishing off one of the foul mouthed lizards facing him. He lit the fuze again and aimed the barrel at his opponent. Jeaux attacks Spitosaur C from the back row
  19. So what you're saying is a wiki would work as long as there are constant in-character edit wars.
  20. "I was referring to Tarn, the guy with the spooky tribal war mask. You look far more civilized oh great and noble leader.", the automaton replied. While the blank expression on his face was fairly difficult to interpret, there was a hint of snark in his voice.
  21. OOC: Yep, so E should be at 9 HP. Also B should be at 219 (230 - 11 = 219) and C should be at 513 (The ranger's quiver increases WP which is doubled on a crit) The automaton addressed the assassin in their party, "Let the barbarian finish off the one on the far end. Looking at the damage you are capable of dealing, you should focus on one of the beasts with a little more vitality. That is if you want to start fighting instead of filling your pockets with gold." He then loads another shot in the hand cannon, aiming it once more at his target Jeaux attacks Spitosaur C from the back row
  22. "I think you may be overestimating your abilities a tad lad." OOC: Unless blood ritual managed to deal 656 damage last round, Spitosaur C has quite a bit more than 6 HP.
  23. Whether or not she could become a god really depends on one's definition of a god. I think Dek'ra and Pretzel did a good job demonstrating in 59 recently that there is no clear definition for what constitutes a god. Wren could have become a god by some people's definition while not completing the requirements necessary by another's description of the term.
  24. OOC: 6 HP doesn't sound right for Spitosaur C, I think the damage would be [(Haldor)9 + (Benji)5 + (Tarn)17 + (Jeaux)7 + (Heckz)10 + (Alan)1 + (Bors)5 = 54], but I haven't seen many battles with shamans so I could very well be wrong. Also Tarn should be at 37 HP since the free hit did no damage, and Heckz should have 11 Ether since he cast a spell. The automaton felt the lizard bite down on him again. These scaly jerks were starting to get on his nerves. He loaded another round into the hand cannon, these monsters were going down. Jeaux attacks Spitosaur C from the back row.
