  1. Slowly, she puts Sexy back in it's place, motioning for Barradock to do the same. She had one shot at this. "No... we're not. You look confused. Can one of us perhaps help?"
  2. Karie simply looks the creature over. It was quite... pitiful. It was still down right terrifying in one huge roll of spine-tinglingly creepy package, but still, it invoked a sense of remorse, as if it didn't need to end the way it did. She decides against unfurling her whip, and slowly draws Sexy. "Well... we found him. If he can be even called a he anymore..."
  3. Baldness is for people without hair. I think I started a trend. Just because I have Hershey, doesn't mean everyone else needs too. It won't work out, don't do it unless it helps your character.
  4. "Great. A shapeshifter out on the streets with arms that turn into weapons. It's like everything that can go wrong, does, and always will, go wrong." Karie watches as Barradock charges for the door. "He certainly gets around quickly, that's for sure." Karie follows behind the hulking ogre, partially for cover, partially because she was less than thrilled to confront what possibly lay behind the door. However, she stays behind Octavyn, leading the back of the group.
  5. Necromancer and Harlot should have been shoved in there. I really gotta bring alien Karie back.
  6. I'm just saying this because one can be born with Lycanthropy, and in that case, put two and two together. If Kayla was a lycanthrope at birth, then technically were-parents + Karie=???
  7. Question: In your opinion, how did the Wolfgang General's contract their Lycanthropy?
  8. Darn it, these sets actually look really good. More things to add to the shopping list...
  9. Karie stops, looking the black masses over. She remembered their crud dripping over her, covering her like a blanket. She walks up to a puddle and pokes her Fire Staff about it, ensuring it's still dead. "I had about four of these things inky puss covering me by the time I dealt with them. Even after I washed most of it off, I still got scars that won't leave."
  10. So it seems all the bronies on this forum opted out and saw Day of the Doctor, which makes no sense, since they aired at two separate times. Well, I'll talk about it, while it's fresh. It was pretty damn good. I saw it live via stream, and it was neat being in the loop for once. Discord's back, and that's always fun. We got some background information on what drove Luna to becoming Nightmare Moon, so that's always cool. There's a bunch more stuff going on, but for those who haven't seen it, go and do so. It was a good starter to the season, and a nice retrospect back to season one, particularly the ending. Can't wait for the next episode!
  11. "It's not the best of days, no. I've been in worse though." Her mind raced back to that day in the woods, her time in that dingy cell being heckled by the Apprentice, dealing with Thothwick and to a lesser extent Dyric. "Thanks. I know he won't like hearing it, but he needs to know." Karie braces herself for whatever lies beyond the next door. It filled her with tension and nervousness. She looked over at the barbarian. "You best drink that mead if you still got it."
  12. Flipz... I love the idea of an obsessive fan or overly attached girlfriend stalking the hero to the point they follow them on their quests! I think that'd be an interesting idea! I'll also note that Olivia was originally meant to be just some Syndicate rookie who Karie was more or less ordered to look after. Of course, Endgame suggested she be related to Octavyn, and then that spiralled into who she is now. I can still see her and Karie hanging out, but not to the extent I originally intended. I don't think Barradock has a split personality yet. Right now, it's a voice in his head. Everyone's got those running about, heck, Karie's is filled with sentences, phrases, and others on repeat that pop into her head occasionally (particularly when she screws up). Well, Felton's dead, so he's out of the game. Jensen'll be coming back once I figure out what the next cemetery quest will have you doing. Grave robbing's out of the question since I don't want two in a row, so I'm currently thinking of a McCreary specific quest, since he's one of my favourite NPCs. Speaking of NPCs, ZEPHER!!!
  13. "Well... um... he got tickets for the revival of this opera I really like... and I think he said dinner at this restaurant... and then I think we're going back to my place afterwards... so maybe wait two days, actually? What time is it?" Her face grew red as she whispered into Octavyn's ear, or where his ear should be. She straightened herself, and twiddled her gloved thumbs.
  14. Karie downs a Mead. "Let's get this finished with." Karie looks over at Octavyn, looking a little upset. "If your going to tell him about this... wait until tomorrow. For me."
  15. While looking through the boxes, Karie juts the documents in front of Octavyn. "Read it, and pass it to the others. They need to know what they're getting into." Unlike what Thothwick did... idiot.
  16. Karie's breathing becomes heavy, her whole self seemingly being turned into cement. Another Harvester, out on the streets, out in the world, this time being wielded by some psychotic demon. She begins to crease the papers, her fingers gliding across the pages, turning into fists. "This Doppel... it was human... at one point they took a man, and turned him into... this thing. Using that... black liquid you're holding, barbarian." She points to the vial Barradock was holding. "And I was right. We're dealing with Oculoids." Karie takes a moment to observe her surroundings and take the note in. She hoped she was finished with the demons. It seemed she was only getting started with them. She moves to the crates and looks inside them.
  17. Ponies, Ponies, Ponies

  18. Alright, it's officially down to crunch time. Only one more hour and a half until the season premiere of MLP. And then this topic gets flooded. Brace yourselves for impact, winter is coming, we're going to need a bigger boat.
  19. Alright, thanks for the heads up!
  20. Sandy, on the new Necromancer limits, does it include Dark type enemies as a whole, or strictly demons?
  21. "It's not everyday you witness corpses swept into the corner like dust." She mumbles.
  22. "Gentleman, if you'll... excuse me for a second." Karie lurches to the doorway, leaning on the frame and begins to hurl. It was awful to listen to, and somewhat fitting. There went lunch... "Sorry... I can't stand blood... or bones... or corpses really for that matter... ugh." She sniffles. Moving sluggishly and cradling her stomach with one arm, she moves to examine the documents.
  23. Sorrow walks into Karie's apartment, only to find Karie and Masson in the nude. It seems you haven't been noticed in the doorway yet. Sexual activities, ho! So, you staying silent in this scenario, Endgame?
