[SR - FB] Alfie's Place - The Sereen Cay
Fraunces replied to Fraunces's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Thanks, exactly what I was trying to get. Thanks a lot, for the pier my brown pieces were almost up, so I had to use whatever I had still left. I just really wanted a small dock to finish it off. Need some more bricklink orders immediately -
[COR-FB] A Superbly Stately Statehouse
Fraunces replied to Mesabi's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
The overall view is less appealing, but the story is really good and I like the continuity as you point it out. The presentation of the different rooms is very well done. I see you use more techniques. I also notice you care more for the story then the actual built, but if you would give the overall built some more attention this build would really stand out.- 7 replies

On the main island of the Rock very close to the first island known as The Sereen Cay, a small settlement emerged due to the minor island being full. The first building of note was for sure Alfie's Place, where Alfie Fraunces owned an office to keep track of the family business. The Rock, having a very nice climate and lying between some trade routes, was an excellent spot to set up shop. The monks of the minor island where one of the first suppliers, as they had trouble selling their monastery-made beer to pirates and other scum passing through the cay. Many men came testing the triple-lager in the tavern under Alfie's quarters. _________________________________________________________________ OOC: I needed a headquarters for my characters, but I also really wanted to make my own version of the tavern I saw in the moc Puerto Brico from @BaronSat. Hope you guys like it.

Change of management for Fort Maartens
Fraunces replied to Bart's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I like the gate a lot. Also, cool to sea another continuation story for Poppy Port incorporating builds and timeline events. -
As others have said already, the architecture is very neat. It looks really realistic. I might copy some of your designs in future myzect builds (if i ever come to that )

[COR - FB] The Arriving of Edward Brown
Fraunces replied to Legonaut's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Good about this built: - Vegetation and simple but striking architecture, - Caribean-"real" style, even included fleshies, - Nice overall composition with a nice black edge to finish the boundaries, - The story shows some great lurking and learning before joining (like me). Bad about this entry: - Corrington. Just joking, welcome to BotBS!! -
[GoC] ETTC - The Sacred Bean: Part 1 - Beginings (LDD)
Fraunces replied to Ayrlego's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Nice tree especially. The building is somewhat simple but still very appropriate and suiting building style considering the beginning of this story and the use of the factory + setting -

[SR-FB] Restoring Order to Chaos
Fraunces replied to Roadmonkeytj's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Beautiful. Very fun concept. -
Thanks all! I was really happy with the result. Yes I was planning on doing so. Thanks for the headsup anyway. All of 'em yes. In the future I plan on making this the base off operations of my characters as well, with accompanying story lines of course.

Yes haha a plasma-TV. Thanks! Thats what I wanted, thanks! Me too, I wanted to catch that old set look. been thinkins about this, and I will do this, thanks! Thanks Bart!! Thanks Bodi, I have been looking at a lot of your ships as well for some inspiration or when I was stuck on the build. Shipbuilding is hard!! Haha don't puke over the LEGOS! Thanks man! I will try improve the presentation, and I had some good tips so that will be better. The crew does sing that song indeed, including the laugher, chickensounds and barks.
