"The secret of the lake" Episode 3 ~ Blessing in disguise
Fraunces replied to Fraunces's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Thanks Bodi! My next build Will be the inside of the cave. More difficult than this build I think . Maybe too weak for HUMAN weight, but we are speaking of minifig weight Thanks a lot Ayrlego!! Good to hear you like it. The little design of the fire i stole to be honest . But nevertheless thanks Bart! I will: the treasure of the botanist is close now... Thanks Spud glad you like it. Water techniques are always difficult so good the hear this did the job. -

Nice build! As others said, the sails are a decent design choice. -

The crew could only follow.. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To be continued.

Very cool build man!! It's huge! I like the cliffs and the hidden quay the most.. That rockwork looks good. The fort is a bit blocky but I still like it. Great Moc -
The scene is beautiful! the tree, vines, sand, minifgs but most importantly the quality and realism of the pictures! Those are really stunning. You've managed to perfectly dublicate the caribean vibe

Fraunces replied to Tezclatipoca's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I really like the color scheme you chose! Not very common but it captures the imagination and makes me think back Armada flagship 6280. -
Well, I liked the name "the Ant" better for it although the mint parrot is a nice touch

[Mystery Island 12] Air Strike
Fraunces replied to Captain Braunsfeld's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I like what you've done with the water to beach gradual effect. It looks really realistic now. The story is unexpectedly funny as always, so that makes it even better One small question though: what is the air-speed velocity of these laden swallows? -
Love it Professor Thaum, I love you use the same "character format" in alternate universes Poor Callaghan is a bonehead in every universe

The small ship looks amazing, same as the rest of the ships in the display. The colorfulness of this one I really like. It has the classic feel to it (also thanks to the good choice of sails)

Amazing Moc. Truly amazing. I like all the small details and the life inside the Moc, the minifigs all look great. The stonework in the houses, the architecture styles and the architecture details like the lion statue are great. Only the really tall house is one of the aspects I myself wouldn't add so quickly. But nevertheless a stunner MOC

P.A. cup: Constructors' competition (Voting thread)
Fraunces replied to Bregir's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I had the same problem, sometimes good ideas just suffer under a shortage of time... This was a nice competition, and I have enjoyed all the entries. So the choices are hard. The builds I most love are Wellesley's Lydia, Capt Wolf's Aqua Fina and TomSkippy's Golden Rat. But I have seen some great original stories as well. So compliment for everyone. Great work from the builders and the organizers! -
Great MOC
