I finally got it!
It's not MISB nor MIB, but it's got the original instructions and 12 minifigs for which the price is "reasonable" IMHO (compared to a converted 9V version that went for 201 Euro 20 minutes later).

Don't bother it says "Windows 95", it runs on any Windows machine (no installation needed, just save, extract, and run).

And that's exactly what TLC doesn't want. They see LEGO Direct as an addition to the "offline stores", they don't want to make it their main business.
