TWP replied to Brickdoctor's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Ok, thanks. It's actually something I wondered for a long time. At the time of that topic, I think I didn't read EB yet. -

why is that actually? -
Good find! It pretty much seems like the real deal. White printing + new face printing. It's probalbly going to cost much on BL, which makes buying the set itself a far more reasonable deal.
-
Good work! I really like your builds. however, it would be nice if you experimented a bit on different borders too. It's not that I don't like it though, I do like it, it's just, try to do something different.

Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here

the episode II clone faces are also not all that great, because the clones have a not-neutral face expression. neither of the faces are great, but that's often the case with army building: they have all the same, specific expression. -

So the "Darth Vader" member is the new joke of the staff? there is no way him having just 2 posts, and recieve 2 tags and a title if he was a normal member, right? I won't mind to control a Rebel one of Admiral Ackbar one and post "It's a trap!" every now and then. -
Chewie? aren't ladies supposed to be non-hairy?

interesting... A UCS Slave 1. That's my favorite SW ship! If it's true, I think I will buy it, and that will make it the first real UCS set I will buy. It does make kind off sense, cause TLG neglected to make a Jango's slave 1 for this years EP II wave. what will it be? a Boba's or a Jango's Slave I?

Derp. Forgot that there are more of 1 sort of craft usually. Seeing that ship in claud city made me jump to conclusions too soon.

Good work again moodswim! I like these ones even better than the lady fett one. Those heels look like a nice detail!

That's why I commented on it. I mean, anybody can see this is good, but there is not something really special to say about it.
-
good build and editing! how did you do the blue screen technology? Pyjamas? Didn't you just recieve a medal for your heroic work on Bespin?
-

Great work again Legostein! The helmets fit perfectly on there! I would really like to see your site getting updated more often! It seems that its a bit hard on your site to get to the minifigs category, I don't know if you knew that, but could you fix that?

Good work! I like those bubble greeblings, and I think the gaps between the arches are acceptable, I kind of like them, they look like small windows/light gates.
-
Great work, I really like that you included an outer-shell! that Lady Luck looks nice too, put I think it's supposed to be lighter?
-
Great work! It really looks Cloud-city-ish! suggestion: I think it was better to include the outside pic after you received your points!
-
Great work, I really like it! the detailing on this is just great! Though it bugs me a bit that there are more studs visible then would be ideal, but I see that it wouldn't improve to SNOT on many of the parts, it almost could not have been stud-lesser, I think it is just a bit restricted by the current parts assortiment.

:D You're right, good spot! (You mean LAAT/c, right?)

They probalbly didn't understand your question, the person responding probalbly didn't knew what AFOL means and sent you a standard message back. I think you could reply and clear things up, so you might get a better answer.
