  1. Simply beautiful looking creations...need to get myself one of those labellers
  2. Nice work on your first train...I agree with the above points on lowering the window by a plate...plus some custom graffiti decals would really bring this MOC to life!
  3. Fantastic work...btw that last picture looks superb! I really like your design concept and layout techniques! The interiors are spot on and your elevations are really nicely put together...I also do like the way you have created the coffee shop sign!
  4. Yeah I agree with LT...the scale of the wheels is a bit off. Maybe try the more modern lego tyre size...the oversized ones you see on any current lego vehicle release. Would like to see how your interiors look too.
  5. As usual you never fail to deliver...lots of brilliant details and clever build techniques!
  6. I am also in this predicament, however Im looking to brick build my roads and incorporate my re-built modulars into that system. I dont mind base plates but I want more options when customising my streetscape/ landscape. There was some great posts on here...I think from ER0L..on the topic of brick built roads. If anyone knows where these post or links are, I would be grateful also.
  7. Wow...epic work...I agree with LT...you have a great mix of MOCs, MODS and sets in your city. I was wondering where all the 'sand-green' bricks had went :P I love the scenes you have set throughout your city..something I'm planning...though not on this amazing scale! Have you got Will Ferrell hiding in there :)
  8. Looking good LT!..cant wait to see what you have cooking!
  9. Fantastic ambition and the signs are already evident that this is going to be a build of epic proportions! You have a great eye for the making the classic lego sets look bang up to date, without losing their original character. A wee highlight for me is those trees you designed in the monastery...look like monkey puzzles. Ill be following this post from now on...cant wait!
  10. Ah Kristel...you definitely know how to make me awe-struck and jealous of your genius each time you post! Great use of colour and your architectural details are spot-on! Great work!
  11. Superb...and 'The Flash' is in town...I have a wee corner in my new build for his talents I really like your petrol station and car!
  12. Awesome build...makes me want to watch 'Ice Road-Truckers' ha!
  13. Why was 2 hours of sorting last night fun & relaxing! *sigh*

  14. *Kaboom* sorry chaps but that was the sound of my head exploding in excitement! Now having sacrificed my kidney to attain the Simpsons house....I'm quickly running out of organs to fund this next venture....wonder how much I could get for my Grandmother
  15. I love all your vehicle work...nice job on the A442...can't wait to see your next creation/
  16. Nice work LT..a great looking addition to your mega-build. Though are the order of your pink/ blue lights off a wee bit...just at the top right corner of the sign. Looking forward to this guy rolling into town
  17. I really like your computer work...be interesting to see these items make the jump to real bricks! The helicopter is fantastic...really makes me miss my classic helicopters of the 80s/90s.
  18. HA! Brilliant wee scene...I really like the build of the rocket. I agree with PesoKing, that timber domestic door will be no match for that rocket engine once it fires up. :P
  19. I think you can cover all bases by advertising the bricks as a lot...to build 'xxx' named modular and link the instructions to the build...therefore the original designer of the instructions can sell another set to whoever buys your bricks. I can see the argument though, that TLG doesn't get a cut every time some re-sells their models...but they are a very large and profitable organisation, that strives on Lego be readily available and desirable, that in turn leads to their own new products being snapped up every time by us guys out here! My first purchase, after my dark ages, was the FB modular on eBay...which in turn captured my imagination and I have returned to the Lego fold and spent plenty of money, straight into TLG coffers. I think its not an issue, and give the original designer the opportunity to sell another book
  20. Looking good...I love that classic Ferrari ...where is that design from?
  21. brilliant design...reminds me of the classic bike MODs I tried back in my abandoned 80s youth :D
  22. nice work...Electricsteam is spot on...some moving gears and pistons would really set this MOC apart! You have really captured the detail and design of this genre. I could just see Issac Dan der Grimnebulin popping in for a wee visit to see McKellins next big invention!
  23. I really like your progress...cant wait to see more :)
  24. Brilliant MOC Modulars...your eye for the interiors is superb...I love the apartments and their fit out. The kitchenettes are are well proportioned and packed full of detail. My only niggle is the external colour scheme. I can see, if i look closely, that you have some really interesting facade/ elevation details and build techniques. However, the monochromatic nature of the white & block colour choices, washes these out for me on initial viewing. Maybe a more subtle layering or hierarchy of colour to really pick out the depth you have tried to achieve on these elevations, will help. Other than that, this is a brilliant looking project. Great job.
