    Part in basically. :) There is one part that is not same part type. i used 3 modern plate hindges in place of single older brick type, and those large cones is later version with axle holes (which is more common and cheaper). All parts is modern verson if applicable like slopes in current color. Btw ninjago will be back.

    If I remember right, you CAN import ldraw into LDD. Just place ldraw files in correct place. Not all parts will be correctly imported. Someone might know more details.

    It's pretty hard do it, but what you do need is box that is in least 2 inches larger in all dimensions. Last time I sent such a large set, I bought a box thats similiar in size in 2 dimensions and cut down other dimension to size. I did it by cutting out middle section and overlapped remaining parts. It made for double wall side. Very strong. I also used air bubbles between set box and box walls. Buyer was very glad to get it in such good condition!

    For ABS parts I used bad parts I recently got from kano for experiments. I used metal polish and most of micro scratches went away. Discolor didn’t go away, however. Result is that bricks are quite shiny. Even more than even new Lego parts. So it is not perfect solution. I planned to test those bricks with pledge but guess I won't with info above.
