What's the ruling here, Sandy? I thought hastened was adapted in this new way for Minstrels because it didn't effect them like regular heroes. So... do they just get two benefits from it? Or what am I missing?

OoC: Nerwen doesn't get both 2 turns and get to carry over the song from last round. Minstrel's don't get two benefits from hastened - the carry over from the previous round was implemented because Minstrel's can't sing for two turns. But if you're getting the carry over from the last round, you will use this round to recover from stunned. If you're not getting the carry over from last round, you will use that as your recovery from stunned and get to sing a song this round. I'll wait for you to revise the battle order accordingly. I believe that Nerwen should "recover" at the beginning of the round, and then get to sing a new song, but I'm going to take this to Sandy. I was totally confused, will run round as soon as I have time! I will be flying home today, and don't really "have a home" until I get on the plane in... god, 18 hours (may end up sleeping in the airport tonight) so be patient, but it's a-coming!- 607 replies

We've seen diplomacy used a lot of ways - feel free to go for it. I've always treated it more fluidly. There's always little twists that diplomatic character put on my quests, but I never quite say "this would have happened or can't have happened" or etc. It's usually not their "diplomacy" alone that does it either, it's more what they say that brings them to a final conclusion - the way they say it is what makes people listen in the first place.

He glances too at the Rainbow Knights, but while they were on duty there was hardly anything he could do to expose their affair... even though he was still a little unsure as to how their love could possibly be interfering with their duty. One lives to kill, indiscriminate of her target. Marcellus and Yu Shu entered this place to kill all who stood here." He crouches to face Marcellus. "If you stay behind and get judged, I will let Morta go. If not, she may perish with you. Did you come here to save her, or to put her in danger? Your answer here will define if you are lower than the base beast my sister viewed your are as, or not." The parties allies shuffle, all save Avery, who stands with a faint smile staring down Simon, and Yu Shu, who by necessity leans against a wall. Marcellus cracks his knuckles. "If you leave them, they will be judged in combat. Ennoc will see that the righteous win. If you stand by them, you too will be judged in combat.
