I would love to know what you did to safely mount that. I need a solution for some of my creations and directly to a wall would be conversational.

I think you've capture the lines nicely here, you even managed the swing out stop sign - nice touch. As 'pinioncorp' mentions the back wheels could stand to be a bit further forward by 3 or 4 studs.

I find myself in that boat often and I'm happy to see I'm not the only one who has a table full of Glad food containers to sort lego. Despite missing a bag, you have a good start on the main floor. Gives one a good sense of what the outcome will be.

[MOC] L-DI-EGO's INCOM T-65 X-wing Starfighter
theDeanoRama replied to L-DI-EGO's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Luke, you've switched off your targeting computer! Whats wrong? As mentioned, love the targeting computer. The width of the fuselage also feels "right", a little more to scale thanTLG's. You even managed to depict the T separation on the engine intakes. All in all a great moc with great attention to details -
Ingenious and it has the appearance of itty bitty R2 units running R2D2 himself
-
Well done! The scale seems a lot more in line for a tractor trailer setup compared to the original design. It looks like it would handle most 6 wides . Providing of course there is enough clearance on the bottom deck - this would have to be reserved for lowered convertibles with the top down I'm guessing

Here are some shots that include different angles as well as a including a minifig. The image links to larger versions on my Flickr feed.

I don't, but I will take one, didn't even occur to me but I should have to lend scale to model. Expect one or two shortly

V-LV-50E Thanks for the comments folks I just received in the mail today the final piece to the stepside, so here it is bricked - links to larger version(s) on flickr.

I like the addition of the mirrors in the yellow as well as the colours but as Kristel mentions, it does need a grillier grill I think
-
So after a lot of colour flipping, this is what I've settled on based on available colours - next step is inventorying and bricklinking the holes left: As shown in LDD: Download: HeliosFinal.lxf

Thanks, I originally had an 8 in there but the front end was getting all out of scale. I tried a few different methods to try to depict 8 heads and it never really looked right in 6 studs. I came close to cowling the engine over on this one out of fustration.

V-LV-52A Here is the latest in my 6 wides. This time I bring you a 32 ford, I may revisit this one for an upscaling or modify this one so that I can include an operational rumble seat. You can find my LXF File over at my Mocpages (you may have to refresh a few times to get the page to load as Mocpages seem to be still experiencing some technical issues).

Great layout and I really like what you've done to the mail truck as well.

Help with identifying parts/sets!

Wow, that's impressive :) I tried bricklink but I must have been going about it all wrong - Your help is greatly appreciated, thanks! -
Help with identifying parts/sets!
theDeanoRama replied to WhiteFang's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I'm in the process of rebuilding/sorting all the minifigs in the house and trying to get them back to their original matching head/body/hair ect. My collection looks a little post apocalyptic due to a few years of attention to my now 9yr old. I've been making decent headway but I've run into this hairpiece that I can't seem to attribute to any sets, any help would be appreciated. Sorry about the poor photo quality, I used my phone rather than pulling out the camera -
Nicely done, great lines to this one

V-LV-51A & V-LV-51B Here are a couple of trucks scaled for single minifigs. You can find both of the LXF files over at my MOCPages

LDD 4.3.5 bugs
theDeanoRama replied to Superkalle's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
opps I guess the error falls to sites like Bricker and BrickLink then. The only reason I even noticed this was while doing colour checks on a current project using LDD Manager, parts were getting listed that I know I didn't have in the model -
This is a great ship, and I love the way you used the harpoons. I even like the stand you created, I spent hours posing a couple of ships in LDD last night in a very kludgy way, will have to make up something like this for posing - I'm feeling inspired (for a stand mind you but inspired none the less ) :D

Orson Welles would be proud!

LDD 4.3.5 bugs
theDeanoRama replied to Superkalle's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
I did a search and did not see this come up, so I have no idea if it's been noted or not. Part 71075 and 71076 are reversed in part numbering: 71076 should be Round 1x1x1 2/3 and 71075 should be Round 1x1 90 degree elbow with no stud but LDD has this the other way around. Images courtesy BrickLink -
My favorite of the bunch so far as well, even if the porcine pilot was removed or replaced, the basic flow of the ship stands alone. As mentioned above, your ability to get these out daily is amazing, I've been silently following along and look forward to each of them each day
-
Thanks folks! I did take my inspiration for the Mass Driver from WC, but I upscaled the resulting damage a bit I am planning on bricking this out and have been playing with colour schemes within LDD and running them through LDD Manager looking for a scheme that works within available colours without looking too horrific. Then I'll have to hit up bricklink for a few of the elements I know I don't have in my collection. Once I come up with the final scheme I'll pop up a pic or two of my final colour rendition.

Not sure how I missed this fire truck over at MOC, but wow! Great use of flex hose and love the chrome accents. Thanks to your tip to me earlier, I've now managed to get my hands on some grey tires as well as smooth black. Waiting on 3 peices to finish off the stepside in tangible bricks.
