Four times six is 24, not 26. You forget that getting to that amount of defense requires equipping all the artifacts - which in turn requires a high-level character. The set only leaves the backwear and accessory slots open, too, so one would basically have to base the character's build on the artifact set alone. I believe this sufficiently balances the set.

If anyone would like to host an easy breezy starter quest for the newer players, there would definitely be a market for one right now! It really doesn't have to be a part of any epic saga, maybe just an everyday problem that people need Heroica's help with. Highwaymen, roaming monster, kidnapped heir... that sort of deal.

The pointer of the compass swerved to the left and right. Apparently there were mines everywhere ahead, but the compass could not tell where or how many. Using his freshly gained Magnifying Glass, Althior saw that the tile he first searched had been tampered with. However, this prevented him from reaching the other tiles.

But the Minstrel class was an available job class at that point - nobody just had reached the required level yet. I'm not going to make Puppeteer a player class, it's mostly a rehash of existing classes.

As soon as the pickaxe touched the first tile, it exploded, destroying the tool as well. Alexis quickly pulled her whip away, relieved that it wasn't badly damaged by the blast. Now the heroes had 49 mines left to dodge. QM Note: The red spots have been destroyed utterly and cannot be travelled through.
