  1. It is indeed the year of the dragon 🐉
  2. Wolves and beavers go well together, both in the same set, or in CMF would be fine I was actually waiting for @Lion King to give us some sage prediction if what animal-theme would come next. I think it’d have to be either forest or something southern hemisphere …
  3. Well sometimes concurrent mould introductions appear (like the dolphins) and this set seems to have the smowl in it, which would, I think, be the first time an animal mould (other than the simplistic ones like the small bird & chickens) has gone ‘the other way’ - so who knows? Definitely beavers, two in that one Friends set, including a brick built dam, and a falling tree with gnaw marks on the trunk 🦫🦫
  4. Better pics of the new Friends sets also seem to show a new BEAVER mould - though it’s not very clear. I’m hopeful this might be a precursor to getting one in ‘City’ style too 🦫 Might even be an adult and a young beaver too … look in the water between the two trees
  5. Came here to say this - if it’s not the smowl mould, then it might be the existing small bird part in tan. My money is on the smowl - will be interesting to see how it’s printed
  6. I mean, you’re getting some Africa this year with the sets featuring gorillas…
  7. Previous set descriptions said they came in the same set.
  8. Probably because we haven’t *seen* the stegosaurus yet!
  9. We shall christen it the ‘Craven’, in keeping with the existing ‘Crocagator’ LOVE the new craven mould. Hope it’s not too long before we get it in all black. That said, I quite like the dual moulded trans pink, weirdly … That small animal body already on PAB I think.
  10. Yep, and it appears to be in silver
  11. Team GB had printed bases, TLBM series 2 did, and Disney 100 series … isn’t that all?
  12. And the party cake guy from S18
  13. But the D&D series also has recoloured puppy, rat and small bird!
  14. I feel like I called it being a robot dog ages ago. The series is mostly a massive miss for me too, which will be the first CMF i don’t collect all of …
  15. Kinda disappointed that it’s a robot dog, with the Retro Space woman, but I get that’s gonna appeal to others! Orion figure looks interesting, as does the Insectoid - with some useful parts.
  16. Pic of Space CMF leaflet has surfaced - what we thought was a ‘normal’ French Bulldog recolour seems to have weird eyes & tusks 🤷🏽‍♂️ Correction - seems to be a robot dog, not tusks
  17. That’s the same crocagator we have had for a few years. Exists already in dark green, green & tan, and made up of three body parts plus a connector pin. They’re not interchangeable with the old classic croc though. Also, you’re not supposed to have favourites 🦍 Only issue with this is if the gorilla body and arms are sold separately … it’s a pain and often a problem to get all the parts in stock, plus it rockets up the £££
  18. Saw that too! My thought was that it might be the old tiger that they had for comparison. Or maybe we are getting something else? It’s on Instagram. Not a great pic, especially as they’re black! Also just better if adult animals have a stud or studs on the back They have to make some choices re the colours - Playmobil red pandas suffer the same
  19. OMG that baby gorilla is adorable. Can’t quite make out from the pic - but do we know if the adult has articulated arms? 🦍
  20. Doesn’t look like it, but hard to tell from the photo we have seen - definitely an upgrade on the existing tiger though!
  21. Nope, sorry, only for those of us who are about animals :P
  22. I’d agree with triple moulded. The new animals look great! I think if tiger cub/s don’t appear in these sets, there’s a good chance they will follow along soon somehow - in a small set or CMF or something. That’s how they did it with the ‘baby croc’, and foal etc The what?
  23. I mean - this is Lego: proportions don’t matter, and it’s still smaller than a scorpion ;)
  24. This is immensely helpful for us uninitiated: thank you!
