Mafia Mafia - Confirmation and Discussion
DarthPotato replied to Zepher's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I'm the snake charmer! Yay! Wait... what the hell does the snake charmer do? -
I'm not sure if you count brick built instruments too, but there was the brick built saxophone in the Winter Village Cottage Set. We may also be getting a new molded instrument with the Jazz Musician from Series 11 of the Collectible Minifigures but that's just speculation.

I guess sort of how energetic your posts were. But I think as the days went on I sort of thought of you being Twatty less and less. I'm not sure why though, but I just pictured you more as that in the beginning. Also, I'm not sure if I added in my opinion of the mystery accounts yet, but I really enjoyed it. It made me feel more open to accuse and defend people than it did in previous games. And guessing who was who was fun. It'd be interesting to see this again in other games but I understand how it can be a lot of extra work for the host.

Trumpet, I sort of had a feeling it could be you just by reading the confirmation thread. I guess it was your crazy disease names that gave you away. Although as the game began I sort of shook the thought off and didn't really consider you to be Twatty again. But when the conclusion came up I wasn't too surprised. Yeah, I was disappointed that we were wrong too. I was sort of sketchy about the Wong lynch at first but after what happened behind the scenes I was sure of it. If I wasn't killed that following night I'd probably have a lot of explaining to do the next day.

1) I've played four here at the moment. 2) Probably this: It has several meanings all bundled into one I guess. 3) I'm not really good when it comes down to understanding balance, but it seems alright. The Pill idea is interesting and I like the idea of the Serial Killer being Bulletproof.

I bet they would have, but the piece came out after the Sugi minifigure was already made. Plus, while I can see them making a new mold for Maul and Savage, Sugi probably didn't deserve one as much as they did. Then again, they also gave Aurra Sing a new hairpiece in the same set. But yeah, I think Sugi would look good with the horn piece. Anyway, I'm wondering how many figures will come with the Ewok Village. Leia seems to have been confirmed, and I'm expecting a ton of Ewoks. Force ghosts could be possible too, especially with the trans blue JEK-14 arm. Or they could make them how they did the soldiers of the dead from Lord of the Rings.

Thank you so much for hosting this wonderful game, Hinckley! I had a ton of fun even though I died Night 2. Like I said in the deadboard, I didn't want to be too hasty while using my role and take another Townie down with me. And looking back, if I did use it then, I probably wouldn't have used it on a member of the scum.

Wow, the Defender looks great! And those minifigures are magnificent too. If I had to get the Fury Class Interceptor or this, I'd probably go with the Defender.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 10 Discussion
DarthPotato replied to CM4Sci's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I'm really impressed with what I've gotten from series 10 so far. I may even try to get the whole series, which I haven't been able to do for a while. Series 9 still might be my favorite though. Anyway, I made some pictures of some of the minifigures I got (I really like them all ).- 1,076 replies

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 10 Discussion
DarthPotato replied to CM4Sci's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I finally was able to get my hands on Series 10! I picked up 6 total. Medusa's probably my favorite of the bunch and I didn't even expect her to be! Also, they brought out a new box for me but I wasn't able to find any Mr. Golds.- 1,076 replies

Eh... the Starhopper just looks okay to me. The speeder's nice, though! I think I heard that the Defender would be $90, and that's how much the exclusive last year (Palpatine's Arrest) was. And we didn't get pictures of that until May, so I'd say we'll probably get pictures of the Defender in a month or so.

Really? I don't remember mine coming with any... although if yours really did come with those extra plates then that's definitely a plus side to the set and fixes that problem. Sorry for the late-ish response, but here you go! I tried it with two different hairpieces: And: Hope that helps!

Harriet Slutter Mafia sign-ups
DarthPotato replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
You know, I think I'm in the mood for another Mafia game. 1. Police Infiltration, Heartlake, and EB Mafia I. 2. I have no plans or distractions from this game over the next 32 days. 3. Yes. 4. Hmm, I think it might have been the end of Police Infiltration when my scum team won. It was the first (and so far only) win for me and being the sole survivor all in my first game was really awesome for me. 5. Well, they make up the majority of the Town so the lynch is usually very reliant on them. Also, I know that Vanilla Townies need to work very hard to prove that they're with the Town and that they're useful, and I learned that the hard way in EB Mafia I. 6. I promise I'll try my best to be active and have fun in this great looking game!- 74 replies

Huh, you're right. When I clicked on the picture it zoomed into the blue Han so I assumed it was just that. I guess that's what you get for not checking out the rest of the picture.
-
The Han you posted a picture of came in the Hoth Echo Base set back in 2011: The one for May 4th will be dark brown and will also have a different face.
-
Maybe the Moral Eval was misinterpreted as a Nikto Guard? The Cad Bane will probably be new so I'm really interested in this set!
-
Could the Ewok Village also have something to do with it being ROTJ's 30th anniversary this year? I'm really curious to see how this turns out. I know already I won't have the space to put it anywhere but if it looks good then I'd love to buy it anyway.
-
Desert Skiff, Clone Troopers vs. Droidekas, and the Old Republic battle pack. They're all great! Each of them has great aspects to them! I really love the Old Republic minifigures, it makes me want to get more of that set.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Season 5 Discussion
DarthPotato replied to LEGOman273's topic in Culture & Multimedia
I know I'm going to get ripped apart for this, but I think the person behind all of this is Barriss Offee. I know, I know, she originally died on Felucis during Order 66, but she was never actually seen in ROTS and TCW has changed things like this before (like with reviving Eeth Koth and killing off Even Piell and Adi Gallia). Also, if no one caught the reference, all of these episode titles are references to Alfred Hitchcock movies. In "To Catch a Thief" (which was the inspiration to the name "To Catch a Jedi") the thief was supposedly a young friend to the person framed. I haven't actually seen the movie but this is what I heard. And they did show Ahsoka and Barriss's relationship in The Jedi Who Knew Too Much, and Letta did say that the jedi that was responsible for the bombing just disagreed with the jedi's ways at the moment, so this wasn't an act out of pure evil. Like I said, I know a ton of you guys will disagree with me on this, but it's just a possibility to throw out there. -
Is Elrond's like that too? (I'm not sure but I think it is) Either way it's nice to see them be doing double colored capes again.

JEK-14's starfighter is not an E-Wing. I know it shares some very large similarities and Lego could have very possibly based their model of it from the Yoda Chronicles and the set from an E-Wing, but it's its own ship. Lego didn't intend to make a black E-Wing. Anyway, about Adi Gallia and Stass Allie, I would have preferred Adi Gallia but there's a higher chance of getting her in the future than there is of Stass Allie, so overall I'm pleased with Lego's decision.

All of the summer sets look great! (although the Corsair ship's sort of lacking to me) I was planning on buying only Star Wars sets this summer but the Wizard Battle set looks fantastic and $30 for the Council of Elrond is just great.
