  1. Great job, the ship's head is especially awesome I like the use of the medal in the rear, and nice work with the sail and rigging as well
  2. I really can't stand double posting, but I am still missing one UoP credit for both AoM Archery Phase I - Hunting - forced perspective and AoM Barracks Phase I - Sparring - flowers and dense foliage landscaping (BTW, rather than resurrecting the threads you could just post it here, since I'm only missing one for each)
  3. Thanks! Thanks Gabe, and you're right, I probably should have spent a little more time on it and added more details. As I said before though, I was a bit hurried to start working on Phase III Thanks for the credit as well
  4. The conversation seems a bit dead here, anyone else working on builds? (I'm trying to finish Stables Phase III)
  5. Ah, okay, I thought you had. Thanks

  7. Sorry about that Kabel, I was wondering where Thorshaven was when I wrote that, I should probably have checked first
  8. Me? Seriously though, although there may be some truth in the descriptions, it is highly unlikely that they are exactly on spot, and probably even if they are there would be a lot of info missing
  9. Thanks SK, actually the only reason that I used the 1x2s was because I had nothing else in dark tan with me in large enough quantities to make a roof out of This was really more of a intermediate build to get me to Phase III which I plan to make a lot bigger (I will also use it to introduce my character for Challenge II)
  10. Very nice build, and excellent rockwork there Great job with the bridge as well, looking forward to your joining GoH
  11. Thanks Infernum! @Kaliphlinians, I am still missing one credit for wooden walls
  12. As you can see, Mitgardia is rather large and pretty much wherever you build is fine (unless you plan to blow up Valholl to put a small jarldom there ). As far as the forest near Tradewind Bay, nothing of note has ever been built there, at least not that I know of, and if there has been and I missed it, I doubt it would bother that person to have some neighbors
  13. Since it says until, I would suppose that it meant before May 1st, but you'll have to get your answer from Kabel Ecc or SK for that
  14. Actually, Kai is a little off, you only need the positive comments on your Phase III builds: Hope that answers your question That is pretty much right, the starting post doesn't really get updated a whole lot
  15. Unlike Avalonians, Mitgardians (and the members of the other two guilds) do not claim land, so the map does not really need to be constantly updated, so I'm not quite sure what you mean by "it" in the first sentence. If you could clarify a bit it would be easier (If you mean the new locations that you mentioned in your last post, your best plan would probably be just to indicate its general location by mentioning places already on the map, e.g. under the winter lakes, straddling the Adeler river over Valholl, ect, instead of putting everyone's locations for everything there)
  16. Thanks, I didn't really understand that before As for the money situation, Rex will probably go with Petera "if you want paid up front and have no allegiances" sounds good to him I'll wait for the coin toss for a final decision though
  17. Sir Rex Marizrack (aka this guy ) would like to know whether Dugal or Petera will pay their mercenaries more Also, I was wondering if it would be possible to build a small field piece IRL and enter it into the LDD contest if I explained what it was made out of and how to build it
  18. Thanks HammerBro, I agree that it is a bit repetitive for the bigger pic It actually was a bit annoying as it seriously restricted the angle of the pic; I tried various times to put a side on it but it didn't work Thanks though Thanks!
  19. Thanks all! I believe it is about minifig size, though it is a bit low for the horse Thanks, MK, that was the idea I actually meant to make a border and cover the rest of the ground in the entire build, but didn't get around to it as I was a little hurried to get the Phase III build done in time to build a ship before the GNAR deadline (still working on that - Phase III, I mean ) Thanks, credit for the wall technique goes to SK (at least that is where I got it from). A path probably would have been a good idea, I hadn't thought of that
  20. The fastest way is clicking on Get the HTML Code, then you can change the size (underneath the code it says how big it is) to Medium 640 (which is pretty much the normal size), copy the code and post it here like this: (You can get rid of the needless link and name by deleting the last line of the code) Nice little build, BTW, I really like that tree
  21. Most GoHers seem to be okay with non-Lego materials in MoCs, but at the same time are themselves purists, aka, with the exception of rigging and sails for some, they would not do it themselves Stables Phase II is now finished:
  22. I would like to receive UoP credit for Architecture: wall techniques - wooden walls for AoM Stables Phase II - Horse Cabin
  23. I eventually got time to finish a Phase II build; it appears that I will probably only get the stables done in time though Uridius often leaves his horse in this small stable/cabin outside Valholl on his visits to the capital, going to see it often to make sure it is well fed and taken care of. An overview shot: I would like to receive UoP credits for the following subject: Architecture: wall techniques - wooden walls C&C are welcome
