  1. Very neat truck MKJ, really nice shaping, and the colors - as usual - are great! I'm really liking the suspension/turning wheels!
  2. Nice little build GG, great rock-work and landscaping, and the layered base looks very nice as well!
  3. Nice builds Commander Turtle, but the micro is definitely my favorite! The red and trans-light-blue look superb, and the train and rock-work are great as well!
  4. Jedadiah has lost his spaceship to a thieving rotten space-duck on Castral...
  5. Tags: Spaceship, Exploration Jedadiah Douglass, on Castral, signing in: Hmm, let's see here. It appears that according to this book (Domination for Dummies) explorers who happen to be on Castral ought to be looking for Biomass. That's odd. I don't believe I have seen any Biomass at all since I landed here... Hmhm, smells like smoke. Probably some Kawashita guy barbecuing. Well, he could certainly use a muffler on his grill, ha! Quack! Ha, I heard that! No way you're getting away this time ducky! Wait a sec, whatever happened to my spaceship. Yaa!! I really, really, hate THAT DUCK!! Hurry! Let's see what the book says to do if a space-duck steals your spaceship while you're on Castral. Humph. It says you should try to stop it or go look for some Bioass. Well, what if you were too busy reading when it happened to not notice 'til too late? Aha, here it is. It says here, that if a space-duck steals your spaceship while you're on Castral and leaves you stranded because you were too busy reading when it happened you should just go and look for Biomass. Well, as I said, this planet seems to be utterly devoid of Biomass. Oh, well, here we go. Figless. I was pretty happy with how the Octan symbol turned out! With spaceship: And the now stolen spaceship by itself: Oh, and the duck! Another build for Andromeda's Gates... and another horrible day for poor Jedadiah Douglass. Hope you enjoy it anyhow! C&C are welcome as always!
  6. Great build shmails, the sub is excellent, and the under-water plants are superb! The green flower stalks especially look better than I would have thought!
  7. Neat little ship Dragonfire, Kawa's colors look great here!
  8. Very nice build Bob, fantastic shaping on the back and the tentacles sticking out the front are excellent! Great use of those large disks as well!
  9. Welcome to Mitgardia DLL, new members are always great! Ha, ha, I was sort of thinking the same thing! Oh boy You guys are really trying to test how much I can possibly build in a week, huh?!
  10. Very nice build SK, it's great to see the Algus being driven back! Excellent snow-scape and posing, and I really like the lone bush in the corner for some reason The planking does look a little odd here, probably because the sides are so short and the logs on the corners are so big by comparison, but the roof does look superb! As usual, excellent interior as well!
  11. Very nice and clean build Kodan, as mentioned, the reflection on the tiles gives it an excellent feel! Great movable stretcher, and I like the deathly pallor on the patent's face (proving that all fleshies are just diseased)!
  12. Although it is not in the Octan colors, the OCS Equalizer is very nice, excellent shaping on it! Neat greebling on the last one as well, and the snow certainly adds to the build My favorite thing here is the bar-tending robot though!
  13. Another question. Will each of the builds be judged the week it was posted, or will they all be judged together at the end?
  14. Very nice builds Carson, excellent texturing on the first one, and the lamp and floor are superb as well. The second one is great too, the rafters, texturing on the walls, statues, and windows are all fantastic. My only nitpick would be that I'm not a fan of the hairstyle on the guy in the first build I'm looking forward to the future adventures of the Duke and Duchess of Burnby!
  15. Alright, upon demand Those following may officially call themselves by the following ranks (coming in order of rank): Kai NRG Rank: Third Centurion Garmadon Rank: Tribuni Marcu22 Rank: Pilus Elostirion Rank: Princep Narbilu Rank: Hastatus Andrew Spader Rank: Hastatus Goliath Rank: Apprentice Bacon Potatoes Rank: Apprentice Robin Creations Rank: Apprentice Rconn0 Rank: Apprentice I was actually only one point shy of Third Centurion (my goal) with 199 points See all the builds and points for each one in the spoiler below: @Captain Braunsfeld, I'm afraid you might have to be in suspense for a while - as LordDan said, usual challenges take a few months to judge, and this time the judges have far more builds to review!
  16. Ha, ha, excellent build, love the crashing picture! Very nice vehicle and Octan beacon (before the crash) as well!
  17. Alright Lord Business! And welcome to Octan, Corvo Wingtips!
  18. I can't say I was actually planning on doing it, just curious...
  19. Looks like a lot of fun, particularly category C! How many vessels are allowed per entry though, e.g., could someone build three two seater ships for one entry to category A?
  20. Jedadiah Douglass transfers 43 credits to Bob!
  21. Thanks Andrew JN! Thanks!
  22. Very nice build Adair, the pine trees and ruins are excellent, while the landscaping and rock border are great as well! The separated plate technique is very nice on the road here, and the photography is wonderful as usual from you!
  23. Thanks NuckElBurg, building it was certainly a lot of fun! Glad you like the landscape as well! Ha, ha, thanks SS! Thanks a lot David FNJ!
  24. I have to agree with you on that - running out of a certain piece certainly makes one look at and use pieces in different ways! Necessity is, after all, the other of invention!
