Looking good LT reminds me of that Mini Shop Series that made the 10k on Cuusoo.

Tried it out prateek, but I just realized they should of been the other way around. Changed to cheese slopes on the roof front too. Another different front. Still taking everyone's thoughts and idea's. Still not 100% happy but it's getting there.

What a sweet bargain well done. Even at $79 it's cheap enough, but at $39 I'd be hitting every Tagret in the city at that price. Sadly I live in the country with 1 Target and 200km to the next one. -
That's one heck of a Palace again well done! Thanks for sharing all those great pictures from Brikkelauget. I love the CARS scene very well built.

Air Conditioning??? no, not sure what happened there but I noticed it myself the other day and I filled it in so there's no gap now. Happy to say the bus has survived several weeks with a 3 and 8 yo playing with it. The roof does come off some times but overall it has stood the kid test and is a solid bus. Might try a few different colors when I get a chance.

Looks so good Kivi. Many thanks for sharing. I looked at it yesterday for a good half an hour then again today for another half an hour. It's something i'd expect to see at a Legoland (never been myself) or a good annual Brickshow. I hope you're planning on displaying for the public? Thanks again and keep up the great mocing!

All good Brickus, thanks for the code have saved for future reference. So my local Target didn't have any S10 and there was only 1 box in Big W which I can safely say contained no Mr Gold. -

Not sure how you could feel for the plastic bag, He has a diamond too which should be easy to feel for but I'd stick with his top hat first then confirm with diamond. 11 Mr Golds now registered as found in Australia. I'm heading into my small country town today for some shopping and hopefully find a Mr G that's if they even have any S10, wish me luck! -
A better view of the new rubber band on the new forklift. It must be a pretty flexible one? Lets hope there's 2. Very welcome addition to the forklift. Same ones being used on the larger Yellow forklift.

My guess would be $165 AUD which is overly crazy IMO. My limit will be $99 on sale. Hoping it's not an exclusive.

Congrats, hard work by the sounds of it! Any chance you can post the dot code of your Mr Gold? The dots apparently change every batch. -

Good post with some good hints. I can't believe after going through all those boxes you haven't found a Mr Gold. -

Had confirmation through Facebook that there is a Target clearance store opening up in July at HT. Might go to the Grand Opening and see if there is any good discounts. 3 Mr Golds now found in Australia 5 in NZ. None by ME -

Now 5 in NZ what's the go there is someone hitting every store or what. Sounds interesting, though I have found Harbour Town to be more expensive for some items. Now a Lego store at Robina would be FANTASTIC! -
Looks great rubberninja, Good to see our minifigs now have a place to secure their savings, take out a Mortgage or apply for Credit Card. Nice little apartment though I fear the kitchen would turn away buyers when it comes time to sell. Good stair case and flat screen. Thanks for sharing.

end up reading 'What to do when bored?' Topics. or ask my kids what they would like me to build. Last time I asked I had to build a tractor with a trailer and a small motorhome.

Absolutely beautiful in every way. Also like to know about the interior. Imagine how sore ya fingers are going to be when you have to pull apart all those plates. Many thanks for sharing.

Would setting up a LEGO town in a shed damage the LEGO?
Aussie BJ replied to Kye33's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Personally I'd never store my Lego in a garden shed . It gets way to hot in summer and as mentioned above with insects and rodents it just isn't worth even trying. My suggestion is storage storage storage. I only have a small house with 3 bedrooms and all our Lego is in one room with 8yo son. I have built 3 large shelve units for displaying apart of our collection and also built in is storage for our storage. Which is 2 large contains split into sections with colors sorted. When we want to build we just take the boxes out to the lounge room. When we are finished it all packs up neat and tidy and out of the way. -
Thanks PUCI, Yes it is a rather long truck isn't it? but that's a good thing for us I guess. Many thanks efullner, glad you like the easy of access through the roof. As I said above It's built this way to help my kids put minifigs in and out easier.
-
Many thanks LT, Having 2 young boys who love to put minifigs in and out several thousand times a minute you just have to come up with large openings for them, otherwise they break the doors off or the roof then the mirrors and then before you know it it's just a pile of bricks again! Thanks wooootles, My first bus build and i have to say it won't be my last. Planning a double axle one similar to yours I think. I just want to try that neat door. That's a cool little bus meyerc13 and does have it's similarities to my MOC. I was afraid it was looking like an old american school bus being Yellow and at one stage it really did but I think it turned out okay. Thanks eurotrash, those panels do come in handy sometimes and aren't just large wall sections. Very glad you noticed Kivi, I spent a bit of time on the stairs, as we all know it's nice to have the interiors looking good too. I could of perhaps added a bit more detail on the inside but the kids (and me) were just to keen to play with it.

Yes that's what got me in too. It's a LOTR scene apparently (sorry LOTR fans I'm not one!) so many minifigs 1300 Uruk - Hai (another LOTR thing) and 350 Elves and soldiers just mind blowing. Your welcome, I haven't had much time too look (to busy looking on EB ) but from what I've seen it sure looks the goods.
