Indeed, the crane looks really great, love the plantlife too Nice little vignette all in all, great work
-
Nice to hear that the sets are already out in Greece, so not too long when we see them popping up in other places too
-
Those prices are quiet nice (maybe the bp's a bitt more then expected), hopefully the same in Belgium Thanx for posting
-
So, then it's possible that we get an other set?
-
Really nice build! Love the scene and fig posing (love the one looking at the ruined tower) The green light gives an extra touch to it that makes it look even more beautiful
-
Beautiful! So many actions going on here, love the boat
-
The elf butler is my favorite too , he has a nice face print and I love the torso/leg print Second in place is Legolas (Lotr)

Really nice! I like how you did the roof, the rocks and the corners off the walls
-
It is 'superspeelgoed' (an internetshop) I bought both Lotr line and Star Wars sets from this site, it even was free delivery to Belgium because it was an order over €300

I found a release date and prices on a Dutch toysite, it sais 20 december 2012. Riddles for the Ring = €11,95 Mirkwood Spiders = €26,95 Attack of the Wargs = €54,95 An Unexpected Gathering (Bagend) = €72,95 Goblin King Battle = €89,95 The prices seem all right, maybe a bitt more expensice then I thought it would be.

Today the Sith-Fury Interceptor arrived and am very happy with! It's a nice and detailed set, but was surprised how heavy it actually is compared to it's size Am a fan off the Darth Malgus fig, normally I don't like bald figs, but he's just great Tomorrow I'm going to pick up some (my first) planet sets.

I like it what yoy are doing, especially how you did the gatebridge Really looking forward for the next update(s)!

Which Hobbit set are you most looking forward to?
Moexy replied to Ferrik's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
My favourite is the Mirkwood spider set because off the elves, second is the Barrel excape (also the Elves ) and as the third Warg Attack set, love everything in this set. The only set that I don't actually like is the 'Riddles for the ring', and it seems I'm not alone. I'll probably get it though -
I found a release date on a dutch toy site, it sais 10 january 2013. Only thing that I find strange is the lowprices for the bigger boxes. Umbaran MHC = €48,95 Rancor Pit = €59,95 and the AT-RT, A-Wing and Barc speeder all cost €23,95. If those are the prices I'm very happy

Same here, the figs look gorgeous! I'm a fan off the Gammoreon Guard and Boush. The build itself is nice too, way better then the old one. Certainly worth it's price! (was €120)

Nice way of capturing this scene! Really well done
-
Nice builld! It's great that you used the colors of Mitgardia on the wall section
-
Awesome! Love those hanging prisoners and how you made the door on the tower look so old. Round structures in lego are always nice to see. Those wooden cabins are nice too, nice little detail with the woman doing the laundry EDIT: It's always a pleasure reading your stories
-
Wow really nice! Alot off details and those new horses are looking really well as statues I like your display case btw Great job!

I agree with Sheepeater. Is it better that he uses human minifigs to fight each other (war between humans, in my opinion more cruel and violent) or that he uses humans vs. monsters (creatures that don't really exists)? If he doesn't uses his figs to make battles or wars, then I can understand EDIT: That's true indeed, but lotr figs will be more worth when the lotr line stops
-
There are some good ones in the vid. Gonna try some out Thank you for sharing
-
The orc head caps look strange on the backside, like they have to much skin there EDIT: better then nothing anyway
-
Yeah, it's probably just a stand in for the moment, so we can get an idea how the final will look like (extended torso from Ninjago, etc.). If thet would use de Bosk head it would be a real dissapointment
-
Voted for Fili looks good (his hair and his face and his torso is also nicely printed). The ugliest in my opinion is Dwalin, I really don't like bald minifigures (Darth Malgus is the only exception), he'll probably get a black hairpiece (if it fits). EDIT: it's nice how they did Bombur his bald spot, and just didn't print some hair next to the stud on his haid. Dwalin would look better if they used some sort of cap like Darth Maul (or Savage Opress) without the horns.

Indeed, just ignore the jerk. I really like your MOC, when I first looked at it my first thought was 'Versailles' A clever way how you did the columns and let them look really good (wrapped with paper?) The Statue and especially how you did the wings look superb Great MOC!
