Yepp, that is pretty much it. But then I painted the the edge of the brim white (like the redcoat tricornes in PoTC). And I gave the guys sabers. And I thought I would be the only one having this kind of army... -

Thanks for the positive feedback! There was actually more to the monkey-head-entrance and the skull pillars behind it, but it did not come across well on the pictures (and did not drive the story). Maybe I'll include some more of that when the next chapter comes up.- 10 replies

You like the 48x48 base plates? I don't. I think they are too big. Can't be stored away easily once you've built something with them. 32x32 goes into boxes quite well. But 48x48?
