  1. Looking good! Love all the new details.
  2. I think "Dashingly handsome" would be a fitting title. If only I had the power ...
  3. I think a technic ball joint would make a good bowling ball. It's smaller than the Zamor sphere, comes in a few colours (including black) and fits neatly onto a mini figure hand. For the seating area, I would extend out the base you have now and then use 1x1 bricks with a stud on the side (facing up), as needed, to place the seats.
  4. The floor looks amazing. I also like how you have done the trims on the walls.
  5. Love it! Not only is this a awesome build, with heaps of great details and atmosphere, there is also an epic story to go with it.
  6. Wow! This is simply amazing. I love how everything is integrated, like the edge of the main pool and the bar. Also, the scene feels alive with all the mini figures doing water park things. I particularly like the kid's area - the elephant slide is adorable and the chicken-thingy is very clever. Other details that bought my eye were the boards on the buildings, the shower, the "Bar" sign ... I could go on, but I would be here all day.
  7. Welcome to Eurobricks! It's starts with a small set here and there, and then next thing you know, you have a castle diorama or city layout that covers you whole dining table.
  8. I voted yes because I am a fan of tutorials in general. They're a great way to share our knowledge and for everyone to learn new techniques. But a tutorial needs to include photographs! In this case, I am really struggling to visualise how the pieces fit together and what the end product looks like.
  9. This is really great, with lots of interesting details. I particularly like the look of the alternating macaroni and facet pieces on the corners of the tower, and the window trims. I'm also pleased to see a female archer!
  10. One of the tabs under the "Wanted" tab is "By Shop". Select this tab, and then use the drop down list to sort by "Lots(Unique)". I think the propellers are these ones: x577 . They are under the "Aircraft" category.
  11. Might have to use that line one day.
  12. Thanks, Oky. These always bring a smile to my face! The UFO Roof is very clever, but the Mouse one is my favourite of this lot.
  13. Yes, but after the next BrickLink order. In addition to the little lift arm, I also need to order a hollow 4x4 cone. Will give you the appropriate credit if it turns up in an online photo one day!
  14. Thanks, LT. Took a little while to figure out the little lift arm with the axle bit as I haven't come across that before, but otherwise all good.
  15. Looks great so far. Love the colour combination. I think the windows at the front are fine for a school. Not so sure about the ones at the back though for a school, unless they they are for the boys and girls bathrooms (respectively, of course)?
  16. Here's one my little 5.5 y.o. daughter made, which she called the "Rainbow Dog". She had to tell me what it was because I thought it was a crocodile with high legs. I didn't think too much of it at first, but then had a "proudest mummy in the world" moment when I saw how she had done the legs. It's still sitting on my monitor hutch in front of me now.
  17. Great work. I like how you have done the the front bumper and grill.
  18. This is great. I like the overall scene and greenery, but what caught my eye was the base. Having the irregular edges works really well and makes this stand out. Where will you be showing this?
  19. Stunning building inside and out! I love the colour scheme - it's bold and grand, but not over-powering. The bunk beds are gorgeous and that roof ... even better than the last one! The windows in the roof with the little ones on top are superb. I think they work really well to break up what would otherwise be a very big roof area. I also love how you have done the chimneys. OK, must stop drooling now ... it's getting embarrassing.
  20. Welcome to Eurobricks, Cindy. What's your favourite theme?
  21. "Look what you've gone and done. I told you how sensitive he is about the green."
  22. Welcome to Eurobricks, herJJ. Looking forward to seeing your MOCs.
  23. I think this would be quite interesting. Added to the list of things to try ...
  24. Impressive. Love the cave and the waterfall in particular. I don't think the caveman stand a chance against that elephant, do they?
