The torso seems quite messy. The colorscheme is good, however.

Much better. The contrast is much higher and it's similar enough to purple not to clash with it.

The sand green keeps an otherwise drab MOC interesting. The upper leg design seems quite complex, too.

I think you've blown my mind. Severely. That's got to be the largest SHIP I've ever seen, or at the very least the second-largest
-
Simple, but good. Like Chro said, it might look better with a more contrasting accent color, like orange or blue.

I can think of only one word that accurately describes the idea of a Ninjago getting a robot dragon: awesomeness. And by the way, I think I've figured out the key to Ninjago's success: it's so awesome, no one's willing to point out how ridiculous it is. Needless to say, it works. Anyway, too bad it looks like another set (Destroyers) will once again be bigger than the dragon. Although the name being pluralized makes me wonder; is it going to consist out of multiple drones or something similar? Or is it just a problem with the translation? Oh, and the Thunder Raider sounds awesome.

I like it. The water effect is pretty realistic and the cliff is impressive. It kind of reminds me of the old adventurer sets, too.

The colorscheme is perfect...except for the head. The bronze-ish gold clashes with the brown. Maybe a silver Kanohi would work better?

Stormer super XL and nameless soldier/grunt moc.

It looks much better now. And from the looks of it, you've thought up a pretty creative shoulder connection. It kind of reminds me of the old Sidorak set from Bionicle, actually. -
Colors= . Build? Awesome, bulky and creative.

Pretty nice. And some good use of those HF 3x3 "wheels" and the 3x3 rocket exhaust.

Stormer super XL and nameless soldier/grunt moc.
DraikNova replied to lockdownTF's topic in LEGO Action Figures
While the pictures aren't really clear enough to make out a lot of details, the grunt's weapon is quite interesting. Stormer XL...well, let me put it like this; the only problem is, like you've said, the shoulders, which should be bulked-up slightly. -
This is undoubtedly fake. And a pretty bad try at making plausible names, as well.

Awesome. And now to look for things to nitpick.....dum-dee-dum....Ok, the only error compared to the book is probably the surface of the planet, which should be barren. I can understand why you chose to change it, to make it more visually interesting.

LDD 5, what features do YOU want?
DraikNova replied to BasOne's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
That's what LEGO Universe, a now discontinued game, was, so I highly doubt they'll ever add that to LDD. -
It seems like a pretty silly idea to me, as it's basically the entire purpose of the building system that the sets can be combined. Although the idea of multi-part weaponry (ie weapons that can be connected to form bigger, more complex ones) would be a good improvement on the closest thing we have now, the Savage Planet paws and gauntlets.

Normal level of detail=great. Above average level of detail=awesome. Level of detail on this=perfection.
-
Well-detailed. And it seems pretty posable, too.
-
The Hannah-crab style minature build could work very well. And it has; almost everyone liked the Arachnix drone from BP.
-
The sleek look is perfect. While I'm pretty sure I've seen it before, the Axonn axe blade shoulder armor works extremely well here.

Concept art's popping up, so I guess we'll hear about the story in maybe a month or two. And is it just me, or do those characters remind anyone of the Fold band (the ones that made the theme song)?- 4,591 replies
