I'd definitely go with the VV. It's splitting function was executed far than the others, the mini-bug vehicle is one of the better ones and the figs are pretty rare.

LEGO has almost certainly already decided on designs, as they plan up to a year and a half ahead. And why would they listen to some rather silly fan ideas, by the way?
-
I'm just saying it might look better if you angel it slightly differently.

It looks like a rainbow MOC at first, one of the most hated phenomena in the LEGO community. Then you realize how much sense that makes if you're just cobbling something together in an emergency. Then you realize that every single technique used in this MOC is pure genius. EDIT: And then you look at the interior and realize that this thing is 72313x as awesome as you thought it was.

Not my favorite, but close My favorite entry in this competition. The interesting design with the cheese slopes on the side works quite well and the engine design just blows me away. Seriously, I'm going to have figure out how you did that.

Seems like a remarkably good set to me, even though I dislike of M-Tron. The level of function in it seems more or less the same as modern sets. Considering most modern sets have at most a hinged cockpit and an opening panel, I'm not sure whether this says something about this set or about modern ones.

These are superbly sleek. The overall design kind of reminds me of some sort of fish. I've just got one question; how are the pilots controlling them?
-
Amazing. And knowing the general sort of humor around here, I'm betting the classic space logo is either on the engines or simply concealed under ten studs of MOCcing awesomeness.

Well, off the top of my head, the mech features two: the use of tubing as a windscreen (or whatever the proper word for it is) and the walkie-talkie as part of a weapon.
-
I'm impressed. Partially by the treads, although they use a design I've seen before, but mostly by the NPU of the handlebar piece.

In that case, move the 5m shell so it sits over and not in front of the chest armor.

Bionicle Autopsy: Did Hero Factory Kill Bionicle?
DraikNova replied to pocketmego's topic in LEGO Action Figures
I think the show is well-thought-out and addresses a lot of issues within the Bionicle-HF community. Unlike a lot of similar shows, it's getting noticed and calming down a significant amount of HF-haters. Since the show started up, I've actually seen a significant decline in the number of trolly or spammy comments on youtube regarding HF. -
I think it looks pretty good, but I'd recommend putting the large torso armor on the upper arms and to use the remaining balljoints for extra back armor.
-
Two things are impressive about this MOC: the way you've managed to keep and improve upon the original's aesthetic and that it can actually fire.
-
Maybe a tr. smoke 1x1 cone for the cockpit?
-
You've managed to give it quite a complex look, with a lot of simple pieces .
-
Well, seeing as I've already commented on this one on Cuusoo, I'll just give some advice: the Illuminati Mech's feet seem rather awkward. The legs might need to be made a little thicker to support it's weight as well.

NPU = Nice Part Usage (Usually "Nice" means creative in this context). Greebles are complicated, mechanical-looking details.
-
This sums it up perfectly.
-
That looks like the ultimate mad scientist´s lair. Or at least the budget version, which saves you costs for ridiculous experiments . Plus, it´s kind of steampunk!
-
tSimple, but nice. However, there are two parts that seem off to me: the crystal ball and the solid red technic connector.
-
Was your WIP name for this "Project Awesome"? Because every part of this MOC seems stuffed with NPUs and greebles.

Considering the price, I doubt this will become a serious issue for another few years. However, when it does, I believe people will still buy from LEGO. This might simple be because of higher quality plastic or because most people will prefer to simply buy the better builds that LEGO makes, as a lot of people out there are absolutely incapable of making high-quality MOCs. Concerning the second option, people might simply buy one-print-only designs (ie, the file will delete itself after it's been used) from LEGO. If this eventually becomes easily available, I'd probably limit myself to a few simple designs that always seem to get in the way of complex builds or some recolors, and just a few of them, anyway. I wouldn't, say, print out three hundred bricks just for one project.

I pity you for having to try and clean the dust off of that while building that . Anyway, the full display looks very impressive, what with all the light-up stuff and train tracks. Interesting technique for the track holder, too.

Well, amongst other things, I'm planning to make a diorama. And some MOCs, of course.
