  1. This is unbelievable! The size is epic, and it has loads of great textures and details. I love the layout with the wall and towers, great use of gold highlights throughout as well!
  2. I really like the color choice for the sails, great little ship!
  3. A great continuation! I love the furniture in the room where they've been trapped. I'm not sure I trust the Marquis to just politely release them though... I bet he wants bananas for ransom
  4. I love the uneven roof technique! Great job capturing the atmosphere too with the unique colors and the white grill tiles.
  5. Beautiful curving path! I've been wanting to try that technique myself someday and seeing it again only confirms that! The lily pads are gorgeous too.
  6. Welcome to the cozy inside of Chef Délicieux's new kitchen! Chef Délicieux's Kitchen was both one of my favorite of my own GoH builds and yet strangely enough also one I can easily see lots of problems with, so it was a logical choice for "Old but Gold"! In the revamp, my main focus was keeping the colors clearer and more harmonious. I'm a little annoyed by how hard it is to see the inside of the fireplace with the table in place, but oh well, you can't have everything! I've also got a video explaining some of the techniques and a higher quality version of the flickering fire! Thanks for stopping by! C&C welcome!
  7. Decided to put this in Category C, since I have another cat B entry:
  8. He has a suspicious looking face, for sure... and a gorgeous front entrance!
  9. Lovely snow covered cottage! I really like your choice to use tan on the ground between the snow and clay, looks very natural. I'll have to keep that in mind!
  10. Even though it's a little repetitive, I still love the massiveness of this, the rows of tents are very cool to see and I like the different opening designs!
  11. This has a really neat style, I love how each tower is similar, but none of them are the same. Great use of the new 1x1 double plates to achieve a really smooth stud reversal.
  12. This is an upgrade for certain, great idea to do your first GoH MOC, it certainly does pale in comparison! I love the addition of the little blue buildings. The full interiors are also impressive.
  13. Lovely little depot! Great use of those old school flowers, they look really good with olive stems.
  14. Go Montilelli! Very funny. I love the parts use for the awnings too.
  15. Have you been leaving clues? I just went over the whole story and I still don't know Hans J. Sonwat?
  16. A goat! That must have been a lucrative case! Really cute little mansion on a hill. And you got me with the dog too, I hadn't noticed it... I guess I'm just a dumb Dr. Sonwat.
  17. I love this roof, the cheese slope siding looks great too. I'm surprised by how well the yellow on the ground works! Another lovely MOC for sure.
  18. Great variety of colors and heights on these buildings! I also really like how you included a small ship, and of course you can't beat having a falcon perched on that crane, nice touch!
  19. Really pretty opening shot, makes the contrast of the war going on in this peacefully looking place all the more striking! Impressive minifigure posing too, I know what a pain that is in digital builds!
  20. Another great chapter! The club room looks great, especially the lobster and crab on the wall!
  21. Great perspective and posing for a dynamic scene! I really like your wheat field too!
  22. Oh, this is for sure an improvement, I love the addition of a tree and the story is just so funny, especially the ending!
