  1. Thanks for the catalog picture Lego-freak! They minifigures are looking very nice, excited for MOCin' 'em.
  2. 76011 is OK but as I can already make Man-Bat, Batman is just another black/yellow version, and Nightwing is the New 52 version which I personally don't like much as the '06 blue/black one. If it goes on sale I'll pick it up, but not at MSRP. 76010 is absolutely fantastic. Complete I mean COMPLETELY new Batman plus the Penguin in an $13 set?! Definite buy for me. Awaiting better pictures of the Marvel and other DC sets!
  3. Aha, these sets are great. The $20 Una-Kitty set is awesome. xD Abstract LEGO sets FTW. Too bad about the big set being $90. D:
  4. Okay, after studying the new set pictures this is my conclusion. Honestly, underwhelmed by the Marvel ones, I'll pick up the smallest Spidy set if Electro is to my liking. The DC ones are all decent, I'll try and pick 'em all up, including the Juniors Batcave set (Classic Robin! :D).
  5. Per above. In reply to a post a few posts up-- if you want ripped pants then the Werewolf ones from the Monster Fighters set would work for that.
  6. Thanks TheJoker1 and Sci! I'll post my thoughts later…
  7. Just read through like ten pages… Okay, the image links don't work for me. Is there anywhere else they're posted at?
  8. Agreed. Which was the sole reason I didn't buy it.
  9. Really, TLG just needs to make a widely available polybag with an Gondor solider, I think the Roman Shield in grey with the Gondor tree would be great, and an Orc one.
  10. Same here, so was I. Same here. Mine too… Agreed…
  11. Eh, Flash's head suffers the same fate at Cap's, but still a nice figure!
  12. Sorry, yesterday's news!
  13. Agreed, no flesh on the torsos is always very nice so they're usable for both fleshie and "yelloie" MOCs.
  14. Well, that's sad.
  15. Just curious, if TLG decides to make polybags around when would we see them? Of course no one knows for sure but, like how long do new themes usually take to get polybags? I highly dislike raised baseplates… useless hunk of plastic you pay extra for and really can't be incorporated nicely into a MOC.
  16. Although not a fan of the blue/grey Batman that does look nice, much nicer IMO than the previous darker versions.
  17. Very nice!
  18. Considering the last time I checked, the polybag was going for $8-$10 I think you could might as-well buy the set. LOL.
  19. Agreed, game exclusives are very annoying to us non-gamers. And the aftermarket price is always horrendous. With a book you can usually get the fig decently priced if for some odd reason you don't want the book.
  20. Not sure if this belongs in this thread as it diesn't pertain to the sets, persay but I'll post it anyhow. When LotR/The Hobbit is all done with do you think TLG will make a character/set book with an exclusive minifigure? I certainly hope so, and think they would. Given the fact Harry Potter sets were made I hardly see a problem with Balrog. I'd absolutely love a set with Balrog in it!
  21. I apologize. Very sorry, didn't see your original post!
  22. Not questioning what you're saying, but where do you get the impression it's safe to assume we're getting CA:WA sets? I'm thinking you're right about T:TDW, as with the hype surrounding Marvel films, why release sets for it months later? Seems silly.
  23. 2014 LotR information ALREADY?! Wow, if it is true, which I think it is, then I'm going to reserve judgment for pictures, since I much prefer a described itty bitty picture than just a description.
  24. It would be nice to get one or two sets for T:TOW, and as Mesonak said: The TDKR set was released months after the movie. A CA:WS set would be nice, I'd like to get a Bucky…
