LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 11 Rumours & Discussion
TrumpetKing replied to CM4Sci's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I'm still going to hope they'll show something. TLG has been excellent with keeping pictures secret lately, unfortunately for us. However, I expect WhiteFang's review should be very soon to come so I'm not desperate to see pictures. Hopefully we'll get lucky though! -

Review Review: 21103 Back To The Future Time Machine
TrumpetKing replied to Rufus's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Thanks for the review Rufus! Overall, I feel like this is a strong set with spectacular minifigures. However, I'm just not super motivated to buy it. It's not just the front end that makes me not want to, but more so the other great sets that we seem to be getting this year. I may be inclined to purchase it later in the year with my holiday money though, if I can find it for a decent price.- 207 replies

Thanks for the feedback! I agree with you on everything there, and I can't wait to see what future games have in store for ne! I just hope a town game comes soon, I could use some practice there. -
What was the last movie you watched?
TrumpetKing replied to EbonHawk's topic in Culture & Multimedia
I finally saw Iron Man 3 today. I really enjoyed it! It's been a while since I've been so impressed with a movie! It looked good, but was even better than it looked, IMO. The only problem was that it was an itty bit predictable to me. I'd give it a 9.8/10. One question though. -

I don't remember insisting that we gambit, I remember it as just a suggestion. But then again, my memory sucks. Just remember, you didn't even survive your own conclusion, Tammo I do love a good gambit attempt, though, I'll admit to that. -

I'm not sure if your kill for me would have gone through, TBW, if you had targeted me, since I was protected by my team every single night. It depends if your kills bypassed protections since they were in the day. So was Peanuts the blocker? That's what we thought. Oh, and Tammo- in the writeboard, when you went as Dan Sutcliffe for the first few posts, I didn't even notice that was an NPC. I just thought it was a name parody on Dan Radcliffe. -

  Awooooooooooo!!! Yay! OK, I already know I was a bit of a weaker player this time, especially towards the end, and that's my own fault, and something I'm working on. I really feel the need to apologize to Kristel. I really did not want to kill you. I wanted to avoid killing you, since you die on night one just about every darn time. However, we found out you were the vig and we just couldn't keep you. This game was really fun, and I had a lot of fun killing everybody! In case anybody was wondering, here was our reasoning- Drake Nelson (Darkdragon): We just wanted to get a potential leader out of the way. Kimberly Long (Kristel): We found out she was the vig, so we kind of had to kill her. Jessica Nelson (jamesn): We saw her as a threat and we sort of suspected her of being a PR. Liz Devon (LegoDad): Just another PR suspicion. And then last night I actually targeted Clay Redfeather (Capt. Redblade), since we had already won and didn't need to worry much. Mostlytechnic- We actually did think fhomess was the SK! It was Dave's thoughts at first, so we kind of just went with them. We then thought it was Peanuts until we saw the day kill, since we had blocked him the night before. Oh, and I'm particularly shocked that everyone seemed to believe me about the role cop! And the results were real, except Carletta of course. We used her rather than Mencot, as we thought it would make me look scummy for voting him until we found out that we said "vanilla", rather than "village" (our actual results). I think that clarifies mostly everything. -
Silver City Mafia: Day 5 - Unforgiven
TrumpetKing replied to Tamamono's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
So we've got mason recruiters, and a snake charmer?! Huh. And since he's even admitted to being third-party, (which we have to lynch), Vote: Boris Wheeler (TheBoyWonder) -

TrumpetKing replied to Tamamono's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
What?! I guess this shows that the poisoner no longer wants to work with us, as I saw Molly to be one of the more pro-town people here. Boris, speak up, as you're very deserving of a lynch. We want to hear what you have to say. .....And Molly never gave me the dance I asked for. -

That's interesting. I'm interested to hear what Boris has to say. Patrick, have you or will you be collecting any more of his posts to analyze? I'd like to hear any more thoughts you have on his behavior. To me, Boris is looking scummier due to his lack of contribution, and failure to name any of the suspects he has. He also seemed to get a somewhat defensive tone rather quickly. Boris, do you have any reasoning behind any of this? -

To be fair, Boris, it did have a slightly defensive tone to it. -

TrumpetKing replied to Tamamono's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Well, that was quite a nap. I'm sure you're all wondering what the role cop has shared with me. I can say that Kenneth Emmanuel (fhomess) is not the poisoner, but vanilla. So, I'm thinking our course of action today should be looking into those who haven't spoken much, such as Prudence Jellison (Purpearljellyblob) and Carletta Maria Puerta (CallMePie), or we can look farther into Boris Wheeler (TheBoyWonder), who's been pinging us for quite some time now. -

Looks like Michael was janitored. I'm hoping he was scum, but it looks like we won't know. And Liz died too. There also was no poisoner kill last night. Either Michael was the poisoner, or somebody blocked the poisoner, or they decided not to target last night. I'm awaiting a response from the role cop about their results. I'll be bringing an update soon. -
Cute vignettes! I love them already, since they're Harry Potter related, but I think my favorite is the Slytherin Common Room one! Nice job!

Silver City Mafia: Day 4 - Dances With Wolves
TrumpetKing replied to Tamamono's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Theoretically, yes, the vanilla result means that Tony could be scum. However, I think he's had a rather townie behavior so far. After seeing Michael gain some focus, I'm actually getting a slight town-read on him. However, I don't know where to place my vote as we don't know for sure that Kenneth is the Poisoner. I'd like Boris to answer a question: How could a role cop have been sabotaged? I'm not sure what you mean by that. -
Silver City Mafia: Day 4 - Dances With Wolves
TrumpetKing replied to Tamamono's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
That's entirely possible, about the kills. And I've actually seen quite a few town role cops in my days. I did not talk to him in private. However, somebody else that I trust did, and he says he has no part in it, though he could just as easily be lying. -
Silver City Mafia: Day 4 - Dances With Wolves
TrumpetKing replied to Tamamono's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Here's why I've thought poisoner was a Serial Killer role. This morning, the Town's role cop contacted me and said they found out that Tony and Carletta were Vanilla. Somebody was investigated as a Killer, and they just so happen to be dead. Who was the killer? Kimberly. This tells me that the poisoner is the serial killer. I'm not 100% on Kenneth, but he seems to fit the most. So, I wasn't "selling out our vig to save my skin", I was trying to avoid selling out our role cop.
