Geisel Library: A LEGO Architecture MOC
viracocha replied to henrysunset's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Very nice! I like the persistence you worked with! It was very interesting to see the all stages of hard way to the ideal. I like the prototype building too. Why you have decided to build it? -
Dear Morphy, as I like painting, LEGO and art I can't miss this theme. As for my opinion there is no much craft or art here. We can see your good pixelization experience and brick color selection. But one can easily use every simple image editor for the first and perhaps bricklink for the second. I am sorry, there is nothing to comment here as long as there will be shown some intelligent or art work. Anyway I appreciate your work on bringing together the painting and lego. good luck!

Thank you guys for the comments! The joints are amazing so many cool applications! As I remember there was old japanese serial where the heads of the robots were separated and connected with the bodies while transforming.

Very nice devices! I adore when people build something fantastic in reallife scale. Good work, BaraSH!

At the first sight - the work sends a powerful impetus to the viewer. When the viewer could to swallow that then the technique comes into play. Skull with skin and cheerful posture of the boy makes a strong impression.

Somebody can give 10 points to 2 entries or spread 1 point among 20 entries. It is a huge difference between 1 point and 10. As for me there are no entries with such gap in quality. The maximum points given to one entry should be smaller. Otherwise there is a room for manipulation.

The better photoes will make this more beautiful! Hm.. I do not understand your experiment with the wheels. Why don't you use the standard wheels? -
