Me, no. @SpacePolice89 was the one following this, I just provided a photo from the Classic Pirates Facebook Group he could not access. So this is a completely different set to 40597 Scary Pirate Island released around September 2023?

Impressed, yes. Fans want the biggest and most detailed sets possible, but not all have the budget fork out hundreds for BrickLink sets every 4 months. Pass that feedback on them via YouTube or the BrickLink Forum. On YouTube, it appears the BrickLink Design Team responds to comments on their videos:
-
Wasn't the feedback "Could be too big, too costly due to too many bricks"? But in general, if you've watched the BrickLink Designer Program Series 10 webinar, starting at 10:40 you'll note they are requesting smaller designs. And at 11:02... "We are sub 50%. The less than 2,000 part models are less than half of what's being submitted which is actually a trend in the wrong direction from what we'd like to see." And from an economic perspective, fans can keep forking out ~$400 for 4,000 part set, after 4,000 part set for every Crowdfunding phase.
-
What I'm taking away from that particular feedback is the BrickLink Designer Team won't approve the design at its current size so you have no choice but to make it smaller. And that's the painful part... That option might reduce the part count but your star fort would no longer be a star.
-
And that you've succeeded in, lad! What be the name of this fort?

That treasure chest looks different! The shade of brown is much lighter and the lid is much flatter than previous treasure chests. Is it possible to get a shot of that chest front-on against a plain background?

Quick! Get them into the scanner! -
Thank ye GeoBrick! Great idea, but it would need to be a minifig or something included with the set

Many thanks! But it's not quite finished yet... there's still the bottom-left corner... The Caribbean Clipper has a treasure chest and a couple of cannon balls. But what would be appropriate for the Fortuna? I thought maybe a captain or admiral minifigure looking toward the ship...

Thank ye for that! A background is being designed with an homepage to the Caribbean Clipper box art, albeit this background artwork is quite modernised. And here's the inspiration... there image resolution suits modern 1920x1080 standards... and clouds are toned down... and the water is more reflective... but hopefully the essence carries over...

How are your digitizing these catalog pages? I think I might need to buy a flatbed scanner to get the job done properly. Here's to the next 100! Thank ye for all yer valuable contributions! -

Thank you for sharing these additional pages! If I'm not mistaken, the first wave of LEGO Pirate sets in the United States had firing cannons and then subsequent waves moved to the non-firing cannons. -
Congrat-ye-lations on making it this far - yer have me support! However, yer may have shot yerself in the foot with presentation as the fort is literally floating above the water, like the background was hastily applied with little thought and care. And that somewhat distracts from your wonderful build. I don't mean to be overly harsh as you've no doubt spent many hours on this, and there's only so much time, but presentation is an important aspect when inciting people to invest in a design. A modernised classic-style background helped get a lot of eyes on Thieves of Tortuga during Crowdfunding. Below is an earlier version of an image with the build blended into its environment... and then numerous tweaks and enhancements were made by the time Crowdfunding ended.

Which year was that? Because in 1990 Harbour Sentry was released to retail in United States.
