  1. Thank you for taking the time to share the latest version of your star fortress! A lot of new details and colour have been added... not sure that brown, wooden outhouse structure suits the rest of the design. It literally looks tacked on! In its star configuration what is the dimensions of the fortress?
  2. It also looks like you could fit in some more shelves above Eldorado Fortress... Yer know, for when yer expand yer collection.
  3. Despite which character the leaked head is intended to depict, if you look closely... the skin tone of the head is different to that of the arms and neck... So unless this is a prototype or there's a glaring production inconsistency, this head may be completely unrelated to the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean sets.
  4. Well, we hope that's what they'll do with his design. Assuming there will be a Ragetti minifigure, of course...
  5. Be funny if that head turned out to be Ragetti!
  6. Do we know the whereabouts of the correct head?
  7. So how reliable is the leaker? Their Instagram account has only been active since 1 June, 2025. That Jack Sparrow head could be a red herring...
  8. Thank ye for creating this topic - saved me having to do it meself at some point! For me it's subject to: availability and how that influences global prices how much tax I need to write off To write off more tax, I bought 21358 Minifigure Vending Machine just for the Camilla and Bo'Sun Will minifigures, the latter happens to appear in the above image.
  9. Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately when it comes to multi-collaboration efforts there are a few shortcomings: The participants will most definitely use different cameras, have different lighting setups, have varying levels proficiency in photography, etc. So the images will vary and there will be noticeable visual inconsistencies between the minifigures Someone still needs to edit the banner... particularly the time consuming part of removing the background from the images. I'd have to oversee the content, which would be far more work than designing a second banner That said, if someone else wishes to oversee further editing of the banner... or a second banner, I'm happy to provide the assets. @zinnn made an offer along those lines a while back but I was too busy to pursue it further at that time. But now I have a window of opportunity to at least pass the torch to someone else.
  10. You're absolutely right, Jack! It's something that could be implemented... but I don't have the time to create multiple banners just to accommodate more minifigures... and each banner also requires a Dark Mode counterpart. So all of a sudden, there would be 4 banners.
  11. Oh my yes, but if we've got classic Broadside, Woodhouse and Kahuna all in proximity, maybe we should have a classic Imperial Armada minifig too. The possibilities are just so exciting!
  12. Also a mighty fine idea! What if it was an original Imperial Armada minifigure?
  13. Apparently there's some crazy idiot who spends too much working on the LEGO Pirates Forum. Now, that's a mighty fine suggestion... but which Imperial Armada minifigure should that be?
  14. UPDATES 14 JULY, 2025 Featured Content Sidebar reinstated: The new version is mobile responsive... but does not yet have Dark Mode support. Fixed Pagination background on mobile There was an error on mobile causing the pagination background to appear the same tan colour as the text. The background should now be brown with floral texture. Dark Mode Support for Header Image A Dark Mode version of header image has been implemented. Still not the final header image and could use much improvement. While the updates have been tested in multiple web browsers, on multiple devices, as per usual, something has probably broken somewhere, so please report in this topic.
  15. You are 100% correct! And apparently this is to prevent scalpers from determining how much stock remains and buying up as many sets as possible... to later sell at greatly exaggerated prices...
  16. Are therein lies a dependency, because we know from the code, approximately 3-4 hours after Crowdfunding commenced, the Pre-Order limit for Adventure in Transylvania was increased to 50000 and Thieves of Tortuga increased to 40000. So overall, (at that point in time) an additional 30000 sets became available, therefore taking the overall limit from 150000 to 180000
  17. Thank ye for those figures! Did Stonewars happen to mention how those figures were achieved?
  18. Aye Jack... although "news " perhaps isn't the correct term in this scenario.... "teased" is more accurate, given BallisticBricks doesn't confirm anything but hints the minifigures may undergo revision. Be interesting to observe whether they're brought closer to the Imperial Armada of yesteryear, or evolve into something completely different. That we would! But what are the chances of it happening?
  19. Anyway... Back to Coconut Cape... We now have an article with lovely artwork and more images of the fortress.
  20. All very interesting - thank ye for yer observations insights!
  21. You've probably hit the nail on the head here! Quite often that something else is a set based on a licenced property. And many of the competing brands Yperio Bricks mentioned can't afford the licence / won't generate a substantial return because they haven't scaled large enough, so they focus on producing niche sets instead. I.e. they don't have pay licensing fees and they can capture an area of the market that The LEGO Group has been neglecting. Now someone point out how certain third-party manufacturers have little regard for violating intellectual property and produce licenced sets anyway...
  22. The palette has been available since July 1, but it doesn't appear all the Series 9 information has been added to the guidelines webpage yet as it's still displaying Series 8 information.
