  5. i have that flag, i didnt realize what set it was from.
  6. I havent seen anywhere any info about double points and most of the people said march is usually when it happens. Does anyone have any info on when this would be happening this year? I have been waiting to purchase the Blacksmith set.
  7. i love the colors being used here.
  8. wow if i had any skills i would offer my help.
  9. so not a real lego release pirate ship...i was kind of confused. It looks great and polished which is why i was confused.
  10. I had like 1000 of these wrenches and i was trying to think of a new idea to use them. What do you think about this roof technique? Has this been done before? PXL_20210328_014028181 by Natesroom, on Flickr
  11. if this doesnt make it Lego Ideas needs to be a little more transparent about what they are really trying to do. If its just to gauge public interest then its a different type of website.
  12. Thanks for the Response. I feel like I must be doing this, because what you describe seems to be my method. I Currently am using sterlite shoebox sized containers for: Big plates, BURPs, and currently all my castle minifigs (took up 4 full bins). What about the big baseplates? Anyone have a good way to store them? I have about 50-60 (literally i have about 20 of the older 80s and 90s road baseplates that i would love to trade for other stuff) of the 32x32 and about 20 of the irregular rectangular ones, and one 48x48.
  13. ahhh the tooth vertical is one i hadnt seen much of in that usage postion!
  14. how did you build the window sides? I cant figure out the pieces used.
  15. my only critique (if its even a critique) i think some of the buildings are just a little "spindly" but i know its a product of the theme but most of them don't just seem substantial.
  16. I love how grand it feels in comparison to the minifig!
  17. Ummmmm i think every thread thats got stuff like this should be NECRO'd - i have never seen this before but i think i am in love. I would love to crowdfund Instructions for this. I'm sure a kickstarter could raise 5 bucks per person and when he reached a stretch goal it would unlock more sets that he would make instructions for.
  18. It feels like there is a never-ending organization going on as magic cards continue to pile up.
  19. This is a very informative post in fact it continues to be a favorite of mine that I come and read through to make sure I'm doing things as efficiently as most other people are doing.I was wondering if when you're doing your initial pass do you separate out plates individually or do you put all plates regardless of whether they're one two or three wide into one bin and then sort those after. Additionally how do you store the plates that are 4x10 or 6x6 6 by 10 etc I finally take up so much space I'm not sure what to do with them I also don't have hundreds of each more like 7 to 15 of one type
  20. Yeah if I could get something like this for somewhere between 500 and 1500 I think you'd have a cast amount of people interested. I don't have nearly as large a collection as many others but I'm literally looking at 1-2 years of constant sorting in my own time to get my full collection organized... I'd gladly pay somewhere in that range to speed and mindlessly sort with a little oversight
  21. same here i just got two of them and am starting to fill them.
  22. My biggest issue and i wonder if anyone else has this issue. Legos, Miniatures (with brushes and paints etc) D&D, Board Games and Magic the Gathering Card Collection. Its very difficult to keep all these hobbies sorted and the collections and all the other stuff. Lol Does anyone else have more hobbies like this other then legos?
  23. I like snowsuit cobra commander manning the gun
  24. looks great i would love to see this theme in a larger build!
  25. These look Great!! If I was into this genre I'd earmark 8,000 pieces to build this since i have so many grey pieces!
