Canada sure has made a great Olympic game, irrespective of how the hockey game goes. Sweden has just finished their Olympics with a bronze by Johan Olsson in the 50 km cross-country skiing. That makes 11 medals (5 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze), the second best game ever for us Soon time for the match everyone is talking about, I think I will really enjoy watching it. It's sometimes easier to enjoy a good match when you're not totally biased to one team, the nervousness isn't taking away your attention May the best team win!

You're the one who found the sets in a store, you tell us the price LEGO Scala was a try from TLG to make "Doll house" style sets that they probably thought would attract a new market group. I don't know for sure why it failed but my guess is that it was to difficult to compete with established companies it that market.

I was thinking that the Indy movies are only 4, you can't make much more of it than what has been done. Unless they do remakes as SW, but I really hope they don't, that's just artificial respiration of an already dead theme IMO. You wrote as response to def's post that the "expanded universe" of IJ opens up for a lot of new ideas but how many do actually care about the EU stuff? Nothing wrong if you do, but I think the public interest isn't very big outside the original movies. And even with the EU you are still very limited on what you can do because of the characters. Adventurers do have some specific characters but there is nothing that hinders them to be changed if it's required, not something you could do with IJ. EDIT: @EspEth12 I wouldn't trust Brickipedia when it comes to rumours about LEGO. No official information about the IJ theme ending or not has been released at this point, but since no sets have been seen in the first or second wave of 2010 it's very likely that it has ended. Nothing indicates that it will be back in 2011 unless you take no news as a sign of news of it's return.

Honestly, I don't care that much about curling But it was great that we won! I watched the game until the 9th round but then I thought we would loose and I went to sleep (it was getting pretty late here). But I watched the replay today, Canada had a great opportunity to win both in the 10th and 11th round but missed it. Great for us! More cross-country skiing tonight and tomorrow, that's some real competition.

That's awesome! The three crowns look very good, how did you made them (doesn't look like stickers)? I hope the team managed to keep their play together, just now they're leading 4-2.

Actually, there were 4 lines. You forgot Dino Island. Possible the weakest of them but it still provided some good parts and minifigs. I'm all in for a sub-saharan Africa theme, and also for a Australian, Arctic or east European one. Adventurers have so much more potential than IJ and I really hope it will return some day.

I will go against the stream and hold 6-wide as much better than 4-wide. The only 4-wide car I like is the smart car that fits in size 4-wide cars looks way to small IMO and I think the classic town vehicles that many seems to adore are just too unrealistic and boring, no nostalgia for me. I want to be able to fit two minifigs side by side in my cars and the more details the better according to me. Bigger than 6-wide however doesn't fit well though, except for really big vehicles like trucks and that stuff. I don't think 6-wide is too big, I say it's about as perfect it can get

Great news! This volume looks like the best so far! Forestwoman and white ninja princess I've got vol. 2 and 3. and didn't think the quality was that bad that some seems to think.

I'm so happy! Sweden has won the most important event of the Winter Olympics and in such a great way! I'm of course talking about the cross-country skiing relay that we won before Norway and Czech rep. I know the hockey might be more important to many (esp. Canadians and Americans) but here in the Nordic countries this is the race to win. We finally beat the Norwegians who have dominated the relays the last 20 years! That's four gold medals for Sweden now

Well, the jedi torso and zam wessel head is definitely interesting I'm also looking for foliage pieces in all colours, a tan fedora, a dark bley hood and a rebel scout torso. I don't know how much the keychain is worth so I don't know how much I should ask for

I don't think we've ever had exact dates for a theme release. They can come any day in the month or even some days before in certain countries and stores, it varies. As far as I know only exclusive sets gets an exact release day because then LEGO can control it by themselves.

The 8403 looks really good, lots of good details. The tree house is very funny and more civilian minifigs are always nice

The gold was great but I'm almost more happy because of Johan Olsson getting the bronze after all the hard work he did. To the Norwegians : Seiern er vår! Excuse me, but Sweden got 6 points in the hockey too And we got a fourth medal today! The women's 15km cross-country pursuit was a really thrilling competition and Swedish Anna Haag managed to take the silver behind Marit Bjørgen from Norway.
