I voted just as hollisbrick: Shipwreck Hideout seems to be a really nice set with lots of useful parts (golden windows and more brown bricks!). Kraken attackin' has a lovely raft and nice minifigs. And the minifig in Pirate survival is perfect for all kinds of historical MOCs and the accessories is great. But the Brickbeards Bounty is a fantastic ship and if I ever find it on sale I will surely get it. :)

Vig. 29a Hello! So, here is my entry for the small category of the Pillage the Village contest. Hopefully the overhang are acceptable, otherwise I've got to figure out some else When the evil pirates came to pillage the village a young lady managed to escape to an abandon watch tower. Unfortunately one of the soldiers came up with the same idea and the pirates followed him. Now there is no way to run and they can only pray that their deaths will be quick and painless :pir-skull: The tower of despair: Cruelty : The minifigs: Well, the picture aren't the best. I had some problems with the lightning but I hope it will do. Maybe there to big also, let me hear that if that's the case and I will try to fix them. Please let me hear your thought, this is actually the first MOC I've ever uploaded and posted in a forum. /Etzel

Wow, that's a great MOC for sure! A lot of interesting techniques are shown. I especially like the swim feet roof! I wish I had that many so I could try that. And the way you have placed the rifle and knife to make a bayonet in the 4th picture. Amazing!

oh sorry, it's late night here is Sweden and I wasn't payning attention to my spelling ;) What I ment was that it would be nice with a post with the figs that we got pictures of but I'll guess I can just search the net by myself. :) Though, it would be nice with a Eurobricks-version of the miss LEGO competition.

I think blueandwhite are right about that the medieval ladys torso is a misprint. It seems strange that Lego whould have produced two so similar torsos. Could anyone present all of the known minifig ladys with pictures in one post, please? I think that would be a great way to easily compare them and maybe have a "Miss Lego 2009"-competition

Wow! This is the reason Lego is the best thing in the world. Completely fantastic! I was so excited over this news that I went straight to S@H and ordered the Castle Advent Calander and the Castle Chess (not the giant one) to celebrate!!! A big smile and a big thank you to TLC!

Yes, that mermaid is found as a figurehead on the big Pirate ship. Wow, next years Castle sets are going to blow some minds for sure! Me like

This is really great! I like the colours and the numbers of minifig in the MOC. 'boy, I wish I'd that many crown knights. And the swamp serpent and the flaming oil is ,as already mentioned, a nice twist to it all. Although I can't find any leader of the knights. Is there any that I've missed? Good job and I eagelry awaits more! *y* ;-)

From the first half of the '90s or late '80s. For example 6273 "Rock Island Refuge" and "6086 Black Knight's Castle" You presume correctly. It was actually the only minifig-picture I got on my PC at the moment but fortunatly it was a good one :-)

Hi everybody! Nice to be here. I have been visting this place before but only as a guest. I suppose I should introduce myself: I'm a 20-year-old student from Sweden. LEGO has been an important part of my life as long as I can remember. My first LEGO set (system, I had some DUPLO before that) was #1633 Front-End Loader. When I was a kid I had mostly castle and pirats, and some town lego. I had my dark age between 2000 and 2006 but it wasn't a completly "dark" age because I picked up some minor sets. Today I'm mostly focused on the wonderful castle sets that TLC has provided us with. I hope to show you some of my MOCs soon (I just need to figure out something good to build |-/ That's all from me!
