  1. Just go to "edit topic" and change title; it's very simple actually
  2. This time I have managed to build desired right door, but look for your self (it was inspired by one MOC in lime built by @Pat-Ard ) ...and there is one favour I have to ask @Jim and @Milan - is it possible to merge this topic into Thanks
  3. Well honestly no one accepts that such machine wins beauty contests, so there is a possibility that there is similar in reality. BTW, did you think of trying to replicate some real model?
  4. I saw this set two days ago and it is really affordable nice set. Thanks for review which convinced me to buy this set; I really like images and description, but did not know that you went Spiritually (it's the Hand of God lifting ) The only complain IMHO is that LEGO could use opportunity to include one 20 tooth double bevel gear with clutch in blue (from Chiron)
  5. Just browsing, because 4gb ram and 16gb drive have their limitations so I try to use less Apps as possible. That is very nice that you have pinned your review
  6. @Jim, it is just two things that lately grossed my mind; - can you link images of rear axle build here (I have trouble with flicker on my mobile phone) - should here be chance instead of change? PROS Unique vehicle Cool design and color scheme Another change to get the big bucket (and big Claas tires) Manual functions work properly.
  7. No problem. I know how difficult it is on my mocs...so I have ended in something called midscale (1:15)
  8. Very good review...when I see color vomit on internal part I do not care, because this way building is easier and faster. More and more I use similar principle in my mocs...but color vomit on outside like 42080 set is not my thing. Images are great
  9. Can you please show us your solution of 3 mode steering? Thanks
  10. First if all very nice review with lot of great pictures. Thank you for posting site with other prototypes. My guess is that "counter weight" is a part containing computers that control vehicle and batteries - why else you need cooling system with enormous fans... ... So it could be multifunctional part of loader.
  11. Question is which truck was your inspiration. Look following part of post just as suggestion and not as criticism; if you represent truck that has 385/65R22.5) tire (like Arocs usually have) which has overall diameter 1060mm, then LEGO tire you chose (62.4mm) represent model in 1:17 scale. Because usual truck width is 2500mm, than overall width should be about 18.5 studs...I did not calculate width of your model, but looking at rest axle (in comparison to set 42043) it looked to me a bit to wide. That's all.
  12. At the moment of writing I can only find part list here https://brickset.com/inventories/42081-1/rebrickable but it looks incomplete ?
  13. Perhaps if they made decent B model customers would decide to buy second copy to have both models...
  14. I'll probably wait until October to use 20% discount...but it is a long way to October ...
  15. Very good build. It looks better in yellow IMHO and outriggers are working as they do in real World (if we ignore hydraulics). As you mentioned it is like rough terrain cranes content with rough terrain cranes mocs piping out every few days.
  16. ...and then the morning after......sorry for late replay (just one week)
  17. Loader is really nice @nico71 I think LEGO designers should look up to you (at least this time, but your other creations are great)
  18. That is welcome change...when I have ended with software development I have found a time in my life and time for hobbies (of course for LEGO)... And not to mention to have healthier life with less stress. Congratulations on you new job and I hope that in your situation it will be change for the better
  19. The great about being Croat is that we are capable of defending ourselves against most extreme aggression as defenders in our Land and stop genocide even poorly armed like in first half of 1990s and we do not laugh at anyone and help people in need
