  1. I must say that flat 6 has some nice details Trust me @grum64, I know, that you know what are you doing
  2. Honestly, I do not care much about "numerology", but as most of customers I care about set itself (and parts), so I think people will mostly be concerned with sets than numbers. In history we realized that very interesting sets can be made despite names that sound lame in the first place, so let's concentrate on sets rather than numbers (and sets value does not have to be judged by parts per cent )
  3. I was mostly referring to the wheel, not tire. To me it makes difference because I have managed to make small portal axle to fit inside Black Cat wheel or rim
  4. When I see Black Cat, I'm starting to dream about making several other trucks that could fit my Unimog scale, but this 62.4 wheels are a bit to small About London toy fair, you describe it correctly.
  5. They were (if my info is correct), but only for press and for distributors and no photos. ?
  6. We will got info to prove what it will be and approximate size + functionality, but I'm afraid no pictures this year also... If set would be like high speed dozer 764 than it could be partly manual (no drive...), but if it will be something like @coinoperator posted, then it is necessary to be fully RC if we are writing about bigger set using new xl sprockets. Now @Ngoc Nguyen will reply: thanks for obvious
  7. If you want to use sprockets from 8043 it could be some 59-60 studs long...(it is about 7 meters long and has some 60cm sprockets )
  8. It could be with 2000-2500 parts and fully RC for that price...
  9. This year Santa is on vacation (And Rudolph is on therapy, but there is no help for Prancer)
  10. Indeed, it is almost middle of January. If TLC sticks to policy - no photos, at least we will have information, and that is something.
  11. Yes, usually at Nuremberg toy Fair we got confirmation; whether in pictorial or just in written form
  12. Key question is the color. So knowing that we already have yellow xl sprockets it will be yellow Excavator
  13. That is not impossible, so let's be (nicely) surprised in few months ...
  14. No, definitely not; new xl sprocket are making me curious what we can expect in Summer time...
  15. Glad you like it @grum64 I hope that today afternoon I'll find some time to work on gearbox
  16. Thank you very much @hpil Looking forward to see development of your Massey Ferguson Now enough building for today, it is time to put LEGO in bag and wish them good night
  17. Me too, since Case IH STX was my first MOC tractor in 2003 when my wife bought me 8434 set to free my from my dark ages
  18. Thanks to @grum64 and his Christmas present, finally I have managed to build sturdy chassis (it needed much reinforcement because I have decided to integrate Technic battery box transversally below it...). Next step is to install and optimize gearbox for 4 motorized functions.
  19. Thanks, you can see other things in my tread and today I managed to make sturdy enough chassis and integrate battery box below...the only problem is "English" weather here with clouds and fog so I can not make good photos...and have nothing similar to photo studio...just one white surface and mobile phone camera...so I think I'll finish this moc before nice weather. Good thing is that I keep my mocs assembled for longer period of time. Sorry @Sjoemie himself I did not want to go to much offtopic in your tread...but if few of us who build tractors here in EB forum could be any kind of assistance to you I'll be glad
  20. My space is also limited due to 4 wheel steering and full suspension; and of course 4 wheel drive...
  21. @Sjoemie himself, here you can see "my" 3 point hitch solution.
  22. Here are images of rear suspended axle with integrated 3 point hitch (so you can use it in your project if you find it adaptable to your tractor ) Sorry for bad photo quality, I'll make better photos when it will be finished (and reproduce some solutions because I want to use them in future project)
  23. Clear your head, enjoy free time (you earned it ) and you will come to something impressive to build. Do not worry ideas pop-up when at least expected.
  24. Yes, it opens the other way and hood does not include fenders, but it is very small set, so there are limited possibilities
  25. I have build rear 3 point hitch with small linear actuators on rear axle...I'll post axle images in my tread later so perhaps it could be usefull to you.
