Guys, I just posted this so we could get a laugh at a bunch of teachers overreacting, let's try not to make this a huge political debate :-D To be fair they said the teachers and school board declined commentary.

Well I meant it in the sense that you're a representative :-P I'll be more careful about my wording though ;-) -
Howdy from "The Mouth of Brickarms"
Starwars4J replied to the enigma that is badger's topic in Hello! My name is...
Welcome to EB, "mouth" :-P I'm sure I can speak for all of us when I say that we really appreciate the updates and information on Brickarms products! I know many members here make extensive use of your parts, and while I haven't yet myself, many of your upcoming products seem to have seduced me :-D Hope you enjoy your stay around the forum! -
I saw this over on classic-space, and figured you guys might get a kick out of this. I love how everyone is agreeing that this school is nuts :-D Just another example of why the East coast is better :-P Lego Ban

Well it does cost bandwidth as far as I know, however only as much as if someone would have normally checked out the page. Unless the site explicitly states not to deeplink, there's no reason not to, though...

Sigfig and Black Falcon Decals

Thanks *wub* Yeah, I'm keeping him and making another, with the advice of a few people who actually know how to make customs :-D Hopefully this next one will be the final one. Eventually I'm sure I'll make a few different heads...an "ouch", screaming, laughing...who wouldn't want an army of me? >:-) :-P And yeah, the angle I've found, actually makes the eyes look worse *wacko* It doesn't look AS BAD in person (actually it looks pretty realistic...just not lego-like). I'm definitely redoing it with larger eyes -
Remember what Sinner said, you can't become one by asking. In fact, asking almost assures you that you'll never be one... Since the topic was answered (by Sinner: Jinzoningen was the Bionicle Mod before being promoted to Global mod), I'll close this to prevent a floor of "I want to be a mod"s :-|
-
Did you really need to duplicate this topic in two forums? If you want I can move the original topic here, or to the MOC forum...but there's no need to have two identical topics on the same message board ;-)
-
Actually Moko uses a different technique using a pair of grill plates and levers that allow the legs to actually move...
-
Now this is a fun little MOC :-D Very creative, and I love that crane *wub*

Actually it was me :-P Hinckley was working at the time I posted this...

I see four votes...so how is saying he voted for sinner giving anything away? And besides, it was mentioned in the first post we're looking for anonymity. Please respect that, I'm sure he would for you, if this was your smackdown.
-
That's right, it's time for YOU to decide their fate! Those two MOCing titans, Sinner and Hinckley have decided to brawl yet once again. Last time Sinner send poor Hinckley packing...without Sinner's bucket, will Hinckley triumph and regain his lost honor? sense of pride?...will Hinckley win? Today YOU decide! The History Beginning of an Era Click here to see a little more of the smackdown action. Here were the rules: Sinner and Hinckley will both construct MOCs using only the pieces from the following four sets: 4954 7709 7775 7093 Today First up, here's MOC 1: The Last Defense of Outpost 7709 Against the Pirates from Strife Quite an achievement? This MOC will be going up against: MOC 2: The Artemis Fighter Pilot Academy Click the images for full galleries when moderated. GO!

Little Armory was originally being sold, with their remaining stock being sold by Sith35's Little Armory Box on Bricklink. They're currently waiting to restock, however. The Little Arms Shop is a separate one that offers similar items. For the whole story, read this topic

That's because nano probably copied modulex...:-| seriously, they aren't the same colors (as for shapes they're all bricks. But your logic lego is all megabloks), and I provided a history of modulex...which clearly is real.
-
Er, did you read the thread? They aren't megabloks...they're Lego. Official Lego called modulex that they originally manufactured for engineers. History of Modulex They're not the same as you're offering...
-
Well seeing as he's banned I can say it's probably safe to close this :-P

Where do Rare/HTF Parts come from?
Starwars4J replied to Turaga of Force's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Well it isn't a rare piece by itself, what's rare is that it's a misprint :-P -
Where do Rare/HTF Parts come from?
Starwars4J replied to Turaga of Force's topic in General LEGO Discussion
It's not that it's a rare piece (it's not, they're still readily available on BL), it's that they haven't been made in a long time! Pirate enthusiasts have nothing to outfit their figs with! A similar call would have been made for most castle helms and visors had the '07 line not come around ;-) -
It'll come back agai n, just check back every week or so. It comes in waves. They haven't been in production for a while. I doubt you'd find any non-ebay or lego-specific shop that would have them, but there's something to be said for some good old-fashioned gum-shoeing!
-
Then you should know that modulex is official lego ;-) Your best bet is to just hunt e-bay for them. They're not outrageously expensive, but they're not that common, and you'll be spending more than the standard $0.10/brick that you do in lego sets. It shouldn't be that hard to amass a fair amount, but the shipping is the real killer. Almost everyone who has modulex to sell does so from england. I actually made a vig with them a while back
-
Maybe this is stupid...but why don't you just make the connection using plates of 5-stud length? Clearly there isn't a 2x5 plate, but you could make one with two stacks of a 2x2 and 2x3 surely
-
Yeah guys, let's keep the comments just to the MOC, okay? I'd hate to lock it :-/
