  1. Sure, it looks fairly good, it almost made me feel excited.
  2. I am afraid that is not too likely but that landing craft should look awesome anyway.
  3. Forget the transport or the falcon, I am seeing a new landing craft in our future!
  4. So much detail!!! I believe it's more detailed than the UCS version, congratulations, you made the best AT-ST ever made  .
  5. I think you mean a storm trooper, we may look alike but we are not clones! , welcome to the empire (I suppose).
  6. Order, peace and stability, I thought we were the good guys .
  7. Alexandro Jodorowsky's "El Topo" (1970?), the best western movie EVER!.
  8. Sure, all sets can be improved to fit to our personal taste, that's what I love of lego.
  9. Thanks guys, It certainly isn't the most amazing SW vehicle, but its one of the best of these late releases and it was a good addition to my nearly nonexistent CIS army.
  10. Thanks guys, I am not sure if all bricks are available in those colors, but I am sure I dont have them, star wars palette (for the empire) is mainly based on white, black and grey. I would like to see that, there are some custom "friendizied" SW sets that look hilarious and very imaginative.
  11. Great job with those MODs, that ship needs some real big alterations, keep them coming.
  12. I know, but this is way too obvious, you can't sell a yellow "bazooka" and say is a "sport version", don't get me wrong, I would not like lego to make military sets, I just wanted to be funny. Thanks, I barely had the greys to make it, tan and brown are quite the most rare colors on my brick assortment.
  13. I know it is nearly pointless to post a topic about a MOD but I will do so anyway , I have always liked mid range attack vehicles, chopper like vehicles such as the republic and droid gunships, when I saw this one on the shelf I had to get it but once it was built it had a couple issues, it looked nice while "flying", but when it was landed it looked pretty awful (which is most of the time), I dont know if those flaps that fold in to the bottom are actually the landing gear, but since there is nothing else to support the ship while on the ground, it has to be and it does a terrible job, it also bothered me that the "chin" or the bottom of the cockpit always touch the ground and moves the central canon, and last but not least, the missiles that were supposed to be rockets are now drop bombs and they are only six, I would have prefered to have more rockets even if they were not meant to be a play feature, but this is a toy and it is supposed to have those and since it's also a building toy all these issues can be easily fixed. It looks almost identical to the official vehicle. P1010005 by Nom Carver, on Flickr Its "cheeks" and the height of the cockpit are reduced by one plate. P1010017 by Nom Carver, on Flickr It has this improved landing gear. 14. When I saw this set: it looked to me like an apache or a military helicopter, I was tempted to buy one but realized that those colors would not help at the moment modding it to my taste so I downloaded the instructions and proceeded to build it with my bricks in a grey pattern (which is one of the most common color I have because I am mainly a star wars customer), in the process I made the modifications according to my brick availability and personal taste ending with this awesome little vehicle: 1 by Nom Carver, on Flickr 2 by Nom Carver, on Flickr 4 by Nom Carver, on Flickr There are some issues in this MOC like the fact that it has no wheels because it looks that in the SW universe they barely use them but it has a retractible landing gear anyway. 8 by Nom Carver, on Flickr 10 by Nom Carver, on Flickr 9 by Nom Carver, on Flickr I would like a little help with the gun pods on the wings and nose. 7 by Nom Carver, on Flickr 6 by Nom Carver, on Flickr 11 by Nom Carver, on Flickr And LEGO, the next time you try to push on us an attack vehicle, try not to paint it yellow, I mean, do racing helicopters really exist? and if they do, why would they look like a combat helicopter, what's coming next? "super fun sunday beach M1 abrams tank (in pink and purple pattern)"? C&C are welcome, and if you ask me, go ahead and try it, is quite easy to build, sturdy and looks amazing, it also fits a minifig (with proper modifications) it doesn't need of too much special bricks, I hope you liked it.
  15. It's quite easy to build it, I made one myself. P1010019 by Nom Carver, on Flickr
  16. Thanks for that one, we really needed this one .
  17. Absolutely amazing, I will be looking forward for the conclusion.
  18. I will be looking forward for more movie accurate scenes, great job!
  19. This is so cool!!!
  20. All official models!!! , I will update the first page right away.
  21. I can only see the pic with the T-16, can someone post a link to the other images (if it's allowed ofcourse)
  22. I am glad to be helpful.
  23. This is not a very popular topic but I can give you my opinion, 7965 (the new one) seems to be sturdier and has other features and little details that 4504 (the second one) doesnt have but is not significantly superior, specially if you are not going to be swoshing and playing around with it (only for display purposes), but if you had 7190 (the oldest one), this should be an instant buy too have one of the most iconic ships with a proper look, so my opinion is: if you have 4504 (the second one), and you want it for display only, dont buy 7965 (the new one). if you have 4504 (the second one), and you want to move it from one place to another, buy 7965 (the new one). if you have 7190 (the oldest one), buy 7965 (the new one) and sell the oldest one or store it, I am pretty sure that if it is in perfect state you could get a good amount of cash. If you want someone else's opinion head over to the Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here topic, but feel free to come and ask over here and check the images to see it by your self.
  24. That looks awesome!!! but I wont buy it, I just wanted to see it, lots of thanks to those who got those pics for us!
