  1. You just made an average vehicle into the embodiment of coolness, one thing is turning a cool vehicle into a steam punk one but you made it into a cooler one, outstanding, I am on you boat for the winner.
  2. That is almost what I do with my sets, I would like to see more of your "MODed" sets, by the way great job with the cantina!
  3. Nice job! That scene can be immediately recognized with the elements you have used and they are all official bricks and figs, you could also add more greebles and details in dark grey on the walls and the ground, keep them coming .
  4. That was my very first SW lego set, I just remembered what I felt when I picked it from the shelves, great find! how messy could your basement be? try looking for more lego relics.
  5. Now you have become a wiser man (?) than yesterday , I personally like the latest one better but I do like the old blocky and sturdy feeling of ancient times, but those times are long gone.
  6. An awesome combination, a proof of your building skills.
  7. Try painting it, it won't be lego but it would be cool.
  8. Very simple but very nice, I like it so much!
  9. So according to your logic you should have picked the second AT ST because it's more blocky, I get what you mean but your on another topic you picked a "soulless" set over a very clever solution to slopes with simple bricks:
  10. You guys with your AT-ATs will literally steamroll over the AT-APs, they dont stand a chance.
  11. Thanks russs! I will update the front page right away.
  12. Wow! I got a new steam punk favorite .
  13. That dewback looks great! I really like this classic space style.
  14. Why has anyone mentioned watchmen? is by far the best superhero movie ever made (in my humble opinion)..
  15. Wow! your creations and bob's, are the only digital designs I like to see, they look so awesome, this one is very ingenious.
  16. There is no need to be so obsessed with the official designs, in my opinion all sets have substantial flaws that can be easily fixed with some improvements, I especially like to combine elements of old sturdy and smallish models with the sleek shapes and functions of later versions (it's called MODing and MOCing buddy and thats what lego is all about).
  17. Guilty I am. so, where is that bloody slave one !
  18. To deside which one is the best you should only take a look a these pic: As it can be seen on the above posts, that matter is very relative and irrelevant, a real "collector" should get just about every set of a specific line, like minis, UCS or the whole SW stuff, just buy what you like and dont try to push your opinion to others, regarding to children only playing and not being careful with their toys, I wouldn't be too sure, I have seen some kids being very cautious with their belongings, and I also like to buy new lego sets and I also like to feel like a little kid while buying them, I would actually like to be able to play with all my lego sets like I did when i was younger.
  19. It looks awesome! the only downside would be its fragility but for display purposes it shouldn't matter.
  20. I guess that the rumors of the slave one were nothing else than that, at least for this year.
  21. Wow!!! those pics are so epic! they look awesome, both of them.
  22. If you like accurateness go for 8038, if you like sturdiness go for 7657, I have both but only kept the 7657 one built, later I just altered into something more appealing.
  23. Imperial propaganda I guess
  24. This is going to sound redundant but, that is so awesome!!! and I am there too, thats good, and happy birthday SoNE, I hope you will last for a good while longer.
