Custom LDD bricks and fixes
Eggyslav replied to Equilibrium's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
Excuse me, but why no one answered me? I asked for help and got ignored. As such I'm kindly repeating my plea for help: Somehow while installing the latest update, I did something wrong, and I had to reinstall all the parts again, and in result, I somehow lost ALL the custom colour options in LDD. Can someone Please, PLEASE help me? -

I NEED HELP PLEASE!!! I don't know how or why, but I lost all the additional colour options. I screwed something with the instalation, and I had to reinstall each and every new part pack. And now I only have colours that came with regular LDD. Help? -

Thanks. I always interpreted these eyes as pince-nez glasses. :) -

[CONTEST] Return of the Classic Pirates - WINNERS
Eggyslav replied to Mister Phes's topic in LEGO Pirates
Of course Danny Boy won. OF COURSE HE DID. But I don't care anymore. I bought my own Eldorado Fortress, SO THERE. -
Oops, sorry, my bad. Got mixed up a bit.

I smell obvious shennanigans. The question is, why would he do it? His entries are trully amazing, and he would have won without cheating. Then again, as we all remember, it was because of his entry I quit the contest, because he got gratitious help in editing his pictures. Maybe it wasn't necssarilly MyFirstMOC, but someone living with him, and sharing a computer has done it, without MyFirstMOC's knowledge, yet again giving unsolicited help. Either way, unless we get an explanation, I think he still should be disqualified.

Great job, now make a Sabin minifig to Suplex it. XD

I really miss Technic Figs, and wish TLG brought them back in some of the Technic sets, they always were so cool and posable, and made the models look alive. It's a real shame they're gone.

[CONTEST] Magnificent Mini LEGO Pirate Set Examples
Eggyslav replied to Mister Phes's topic in Pirate MOCs
I guess you can drop here my two former remake entries. Tho I'm unsure if they fullfill the piece number limit, but they're good for inspiration: -
This head belongs to CMF series 6 Genie. https://brickset.com/sets/8827-16/Genie

Since @Horation summoned me from the Davy Jones' Locker, I might say some things about your tribute to SES. I actually like the subdued colour scheme. It makes the ship look time worn and ghost-like, especially white decorations look like sun bleached bone. very intimidating indeed. I especially love your work on the stern. My only gripe is the lack of minifigures.

Why do you enter the competition if you already have Eldorado Fortress? You want to win a second one?

I have withdrawn from the contest, because I believe it's unfair for other entries to be frontpaged, or getting an unsolicited help from outside. I've withdrawn, because my moral principles won't allow me to stand for unpunished cheating and favouritism. I've withdrawn, to make a statement about the sordid lack of any regulation or rule enforcement in this mess of a contest.

May I have your attention, please. Due to the fact that this contest has had it's rules violated in favour of two entries who's names and authors i shall have the decency to not speak out loud, and due to none of the organizers, nor Eurobricks staff reacting apropriately to aformentioned violations, With deep grief and sadness I have decided to withdraw from this unfair, unregulated mess of a contest. First entry was frontpaged which gave it prestige and advantage in the voting process. Second got gratitious help from outside, improving the images. These two entries already had an extremely high chance to win, and I find both instances to be unfair and violating the generally understood rules and ideals of fair play and sportsmanship. As such, I do not want to participate in a contest that plays favourites, and others don't have an equal chance to win. For me this contest is already over, but I wish the best of luck to the remaining participants. That is all, thank you.
