  1. Dark Blue and Red are the official colors, and the Lions faction from Kingdoms is the most common standard
  2. I have one that I can enter for the tribes....Kaliphlin has always been tight with Nocturnus, so we have the inside connection on the different races
  3. I second that! Honestly, I cannot remember any other titles that anyone had. I know that my title was "......"
  4. I am definitely back in Kaliphlin. I will post some new pics for sigfig soon. Both and Saladus and Kha will be here, but the war will have changed them a bit, hence the new pics. I'll just edit this post and put them in here to save space though
  5. I've been waiting for this for a while! Sounds exciting already
  6. Yes that is Olive. I got a bunch of 2x4 bricks on the PAB wall a couple of months ago
  7. Journal Entry: 16 September, Year of the Betrayer(Officially the year of Galainir) The serenity of the mountains here in Garheim has been shattered today. I thought that the turmoil we heard of at the coronation may not reach as far as Darkstar Keep. Ancestral home of my family, the refuge where I planned to raise my family as well, now in the hands of those brigands from the Magic Isles. The turmoil in my heart is the hardest to bear. With many of my countrymen imprisoned at the capital, I had hoped to hold out and remain steadfast here at Darkstar Keep. Today that all changed…. It was with a whimper that the keep fell. Well, that and the roar of a dragon. Those bastards from across the sea came with a dragon and threatened the lives of all those under my care. The choice was not really that hard once I knew that my people would perish if I made the wrong choice. I was able to broker their freedom as long as I gave the keep in full to the usurpers. Now, I will lead the people into the mountains and we will have to work together to survive through the coming winter. I was able to get out several barrels of grain to help feed us, however we will need to be resourceful and conservative in order to make the food last. The only thing that seems to keep me going right now is the thought of our return. I made sure to take advantage of the secret passages in the keep to hide what is most valuable to us. And now, I will bide my time and count the days until I can reclaim what is mine… More photos availabe at http://www.flickr.com/photos/darkenrahl_17/
  8. That is hilarious, I have done the exact same thing! Sometimes, if she is too much 'around' int he house when I get home I hide the bags in the garage and slowly sneak them in when she is otherwise occupied. Definitely feels like we are doing something illegal instead of just bringing in plastic bricks!
  9. Congrats Ska! I am very happy for us to have a representative in the GL's again, and know that you have the Guilds best interest at heart. As to helping out, like NM said, my schedule is so up and down that I can at times be unreliable, but am willing to help out in any other ways that I can.
  10. Wow! The planning that must've gone into this is amazing. I think what I like the most about this is that it is such a unique idea for a MOC, and wonderfully executed.
  11. I'm good with Ras-El-Akban.....it'll give me something new to build!
  12. Well, I never really had a home for Saladus. He sort of just wandered the desert, wherever the money took him. But if no one is in one of those two cities, he could definitely settle down and call somewhere home.
  13. It doesn't have a Lion, so Lego will stay away from it
  14. I would say the Gideon is enough of a veteran here to be a part of the council....just my 2 cents!
  15. Sorry....I've just been busy with work and such. This suffered a bit, and I haven't built anything in quite a while. But I am still reading every day here!
  16. Where at in Michigan? I'm between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, and we definitely have some great breweries here. I would recommend Bell's Brewery in Kalamazoo...the Oberon is great this time of year!
  17. Thanks! That gives me an idea of what I can mess around with then until GoH kicks back in. I was thinking that sounded about right, but I wanted to make sure I didn't get into something else and then have GoH kick in and not be able to finish one or the other.
  18. So....now that the scoring is out and the official story decided upon for Challenge VI, do we have a timeframe as to when the story will progress here? Not trying to be pushy, but we are going on 3 months since the deadline for CVI and we don't have a general timeline for the future. I was just curious if we are looking at August as a target, or November?
  19. Very cool! I am extremely jealous of all that Medium Dark Flesh
  20. Tic Tock croc is exactly what I thought of as well! Great jungle foliage!
  21. I'm glad the statue did make the MOC, because it adds a ton of character into it
  22. Great build here! I absolutely love the bridge!
  23. If you still have a little time today, sign up for Flickr and host them there for now. We'd love to see more builds, even if they are not Kaliphlin!
  24. I love it Mark....and Stephen! I also liked the presentation over a couple of days on Flickr. It gave it an anticipation to the build
