It just is gamewise :p Consider it like this: My class 2 goes to Ile De Romantica. It has some nice cargo space, but instead of bringing a lot of cargo with me, I am bringing troops with me :) -

So the privateer of Mardier will fight together with L'Olius? Another reason why I am supporting the new duke of the island!! -
The Battle for the Grand Duchy of Prio
Maxim I replied to SkaForHire's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
As far as I understand: 1) yes: you need to be recruited if you want to join 2) this is private, unless a nation declares war at Mardier. I think if a nation declares war on the duke, this will result in bad relations between the PC-factions. 3) one can join a battle when recruited. Once in a war, one should stay in war as long as he has troops. This doesn't mean he can't enjoy the MRCA with other ships. I even think he can withdraw troops as long as he is active. But it would be logical that a ship that is withdrawn needs a month cooldown before re-entering the warzone. If soemeone leaves the battle, it seems only fair he loses his assembled reputation points. 4) ships that are active in war, can not be deployed in the MRCA So I think commitment is very strict Edit: I do hope it is strict, because otherwise the war can last forever -

Nice to hear! Also, a ship that is recruited, can that ship be lost? -

Awesome!!! I am already thinking where to deploy my army! One question though, it is Mardier who is the enemy? Or can for example Oleon soldiers choose to fight together with Mardier? Also: if you recruit a ship, does that mean that ship is not part of the MRCA as well? -
Hey, it is evening here, even the brains of a genius like me can be to lazy to calculate :p

If you first want to try to sell it, that's possible as well through the ship index :)

Very cool little harbour! My advice would be to break a bit the plain feeling of the quay (texture/loose stones)

I licenced it as small build... There is prospect cost of 25 :)

So I got this one 100 db problem :p I licenced the Golden Star 2 months ago as I thought I still was able to get a free ship (my original free ship was destroyed). The reason why I thought this, was because at that moment, I only had 20% of the shares of the Purple Rain, which I don't consider ownership. I told leadership about my miscalculation and they said it was ok for once as at that moment, the rules weren't that clear for everyone. So if that point of view still is valable, I should have 100 db more. BUT, I understand that nowadays, it would be unfair for the other members. So if the final decision is to see it as a non free ship, that's fine for me as well, because that gives me the possibility to uplicence it to a class 3

This is Mine! Jan Zwartbaard has seen a lot of places in his life. With the non-stopping growth of MAESTRO and his good friendship with Lord Maximilian Damaximus, he became an explorer for the mighty trade company. After the "Prince of Stedor" picked him up at Breshaun, he boarded the "Golden Star", starting his adventures. The "Golden Star" went first to "Ile de Romantica", where Jan Zwartbaard was received very very well. The governor of that island even offered him his own medium residence. Zwartbaard graciously accepted the offer as it would become helpfull as his headquarter. Once the construction of the residence started, Zwartbaard went to the new Eslandolan island "Isla Philip" as he heard rumours of silver floaking around. With a few miners and a dozen MAESTRO Elite Soldiers, he started searching for the silver source. Following the stream of the river, they saw a isolated small rock where the water came from. If there was a silver resource somewhere, it should be here! And so the digging started... Jan Zwartbaard Meanwhile a few pigs where doing their everyday business as it still is the island of pigs... - Licenced as a mine set-up Thanks for watching!

Not everyone likes building in LDD. As my guilty pleasure are Lego Expositions, I love building with real bricks so I can show it to the world. Even on micro level: my fiancee is proud every time I show her my creations, except for the ones made in LDD :p So the sistershipping rule should exist for people like me who spend too much money on a masterpiece and who never would like to destroy it...

I guess so that should be a joke that last one. We can all take an example from Faladrin: He managed to get back his original ship and put his (even free) sistership out of service!!! This is most certainly a very noble deed!

My point of view about this (which is only the case in auctions): Sistershipping is only allowed if the original ship has been auctionned for the original licence cost or more

Maxim I replied to kabel's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Well, I got there a bit of intern conflict with myself. To keep it simple, I just am putting the next own in the list. So if one wants to keep track of a ship, he has to try to find the ship in the different lists (don't forget all these lists can be found in the Ship Index). Some ships are changing owners every month however... So I think I will make a "Ship History" list in the future where all ships are listed and well erm their history of owners :)- 780 replies
