  1. Is it possible that the size regarding ship limits is based on the number of properties? Trador is already showing a level of 8, but it isn't a city yet (well, it will be in 2 hours but still :p )
  2. My bad haha :p BOBS stuff doing at work isn't always the best idea :p
  3. Well, I wasn't aware that Legostone already built something for MAESTRO, so feel free to remove the last MAESTRO upgrade as I don't think we'll need it soon :p @Phred
  4. Yeah, but I sent 1x platoon and 1x battalion with me. I don't have that many cargo points... @Kolonialbeamter: Does troops "claim" that cargo point? I mean, when returning from a mission, will a vessel can bring as many gold with it as it has cargo points minus number of platoons?
  5. I see your point. I guess I am sending too many troops with me then, as I thought they would help in sea battles...
  6. Ah ok, so there is no extra crew on ships now. The only fighting crew on a ship is the crew assigned to a ship in its stats then? But in an AMRCA, if a vessel got engaged, what happens with the troops on it? Will they fight as well or not? edit: to who do I send a list with the current status of my troops and those of MAESTRO?
  7. With the new MRCA and AMRCA starting soon: Where are the troops? Are they located there where they were in ERA I or is it tabula rasa and do we have assign them again? Some troops were on vessels, I guess they aren't now anymore? And what about troops that are bought in bulk and now a part of that bulk is assigned for the AMRCA?
  8. CHAPTER 1 : TELLVOK Part 1 : Escorting Princes A. The Request Lord Maximilian Damaximus was watching how the vessels were being prepared. Soon a small, yet strong fleet would sail out of Stedor to the unknown. Suddenly, someone coughed behind him. "Mylord Damaximus" Maximilian turned around. He saw two exotic, yet familiar faces. The one with the dark green tulband on, was Seif Calli, a MAESTRO trader with Tellvok origins. "Seif Calli, how are you doing. I didn't know you followed me from Trador to Stedor!" "I did mylord. May I introduce you to the person next to me?" "Ofcourse Seif! Correct me if I am wrong, but haven't I seen you at the Trador Tournament?" "Indeed mylord, I invited him to join our celebrations! This is Prince Soufian Scorpi, 5th son of Sultan Haran Scorpi of Tellvok." Maximilian took a deep bow. "Good day Lord Scorpi. It is a honour meeting you" "The honour is mutual, Lord Maximilian Damaximus, Duke of Stedor & Prince of Garvey", Soufian said before taking a bow as well. "I would like to skip the chit chat, as I understood you are about to leave to the South on a quest to the origins of Stedor & The Alleenridders? There are some traces of the legendary Alleenridders in Tellvok. Stories long forgotten by most Tellvokians, but the more educated of us know at least some of the stories. I myself am the most adventurous one of the Royal Family of Tellvok. I travelled already in a lot of countries in the Old World and thanks to Seif, who I met on one of my travells a few years ago, I have had the chance to see parts of the New World as well. However, I feel it is time to return to my country again and make sure my adventures will not get lost. However, for ages, my nation is at war with the Mokolei Empire. If I would cross the sea myself, it would be a huge risk. Hence my proposal to start your journey at Tellvok and let me join your travell to my country. If we arrive safely, I am sure my father will reward you and my people will help you finding more information about the Alleenridders." Maximilian was quiet for a moment, thinking about the proposal of Prince Soufian. "I promised Count Mesabi of Corrington to sail together to the South. Starting the journey in Tellvok seems interesting and maybe I can use the opportunity to set up a trade network between Tellvok and Stedor. Prince Soufian & Seif, perpare yourself to leave tomorrow with us!" - - - - - Part 1 summary: Destination: Tellvok Goal: Escorting Prince Soufian to Tellvok Side goal: escorting the WTC Aurora to a start position in Tellvok for a future Mesabi AMRCA Requested reward: TBA Vessels: Prince of Stedor ( @Maxim I ) WTC Aurora ( @Mesabi ) - wich will join the mission for the first part Margot (Trador) - escorting warship Purple Reign (Maxim I) - escorting warship Characters: Captain Matt LeNoir in charge of the escorting fleet. 9. In a small office in Stedor --- "Enter please!" Lord Maximilian Damaximus entered the small office of the Eslandolan Naval Official. "It is me!" "Good day Mr. Me. Can I have your last name as well please?", the official replied Maximilian was speechless for a second... "Seriously? I am Lord Maximilian Damaximus, Duke of Stedor. You know Stedor right, it is this fine city you are working in..." The official replaced his glass on his nose... "Legitation please..." "Next time I'll bring a proclaimer with me, and a whole orchestra for accompanying music... Legitation please... Come on, every kid knows me here in Stedor..." "I need some proof Mister Damaximus". After searching for a while in his pockets, Maximilian finally found an official paper in his pockets, sufficent enough to proof his identity. "Perfect! What is the purpose of your visit Mr Damaximus?" "I would like to expand my shiplevels please". "No problem, please sign here and here and here and here and here and here and here and here and hand me over the money please" With a sigh, Maximilian signed countless times and handed over the money. "I would also like to buy ship rights for MAESTRO please" "Sorry Mr Damaximus, it is noon and I fear I can't help you till 1 o'clock. Please come back later" Before he even realised what happened, Maximilian found himself outside the office again. Finding it completely ridiculous, he decided a nice walk along the quays would do him well". A few hours later, he returned back to the Eslandolan Naval Office and knocked on the official his door. "Enter please!" "Here I am again!" "Name and legitation please!" "Seriously??? I was here this morning!! Have you Corrington blood in your vains or what???" Maximilian throwed the legitation and a bag of money on the desk. "Here you are and here is the money for ship rights for MAESTRO. I guess I have to sign over there and there and there and there and there and there and there and there?" "Oh no sir, we choosed for easy administration for Trade Companies. You only have to sign here" Maximilian nodded his head. This is unbelievable... Anyway, that stupid administration is done. Let's start ERAII in style! --- edit --- Once again finding himself outside the building, a messenger arrived. "Lord Maximilian Damaximus, I am here to inform that Lord Monezterrell took care of the MAESTRO administration" "Darn it, you must be kidding me..."

I love stories! Barbara (the maid), could you bring us some apple cider please!” “You see the golden star in the herald of Stedor? The same golden star that can be found on the flags of Elysabethtown, MAESTRO & Trador? That’s the golden star the Alleenridders gave to their headquarters as it was there where they always would return too, their home as they had forsaken their original homes. The Alleenridders were a brotherhood of knights from every corner in the world who roamed the known earth centuries ago. They helped the people who needed aid and their reputation was legendary. As their reputation grew, their army became bigger and their wealth enormous. Their residing city, the city of Ximus was a place of good living with many palaces and little povery. Envious kings allied together to bring them down, fearing the power of the Alleenridders. Those kings elected a new emperor, who would become known as the Dark Emperor. Around 95 AE, they besieged the capital of the Alleenridders, Ximus. The Alleenridders fought hard and brave, but had no other option than to surrender. Every single Alleenridder in the city was slaughtered and murdered. The whole city was sacked and plundered. However, a small group of Alleenridders, under command of Dama Mfalme Edehl of Ximus, was on a mission and when returning, they found everything gone. Ofcourse not all of the wealth of the Alleenridders was being saved in the lost city, so the small band took what they could take, and left. They went north and travelled in the night, hiding for their enemies. Ofcourse they had allies as well, but none of the allies could guarantee their safety against their enemies, as rumours said the dark emperor was destroying everyone helping the outlaws. The refugees travelled further north, but the spies of the Emperor were everywhere. At a sudden night, the remaining Alleenridders had no other choice than to sail into the unknown. In 102 AE, they arrived at the Madrice Empire. They were given a new land in the most southern corner of the Empire. They called their new home “Mpya Stedor”, what translates to “New City of Gold”. Only one year later, the Madrice Empire felt apart and Mardier was now ruling the region. The influence of the Dark Emperor didn’t reach that far North, and as a new Empire, Mardier had better things to do than to investigate who those Alleenridders were. Finally having a home again, the Alleenridders continued doing their duties, helping people wherever their path brought them. Traces of the Alleenridders could be found in Oleon, Varcoast, Corrington, … Some even dared to go as far south as Pan. The number of Alleenridders growed again, recruiting people from all those nations. Lord Dama Mfalme Edehl of Ximus died as an old and notable man, and his son, Gothe Mfalme Edehl of Stedor took over from him. To honour him and to not forget their history, Gothe adapted Damaximus as his last name instead of Mfalme Edehl. Now we are 500 years later and the Damaximus family still controls Stedor and its hinterland. With the invention of gunpowder, the knights became obsolete and the Alleenridders became the military branch of MAESTRO. But still, every child in Stedor dreams of the legends of the Alleenridders, their lost land and the fabulous wealth hidden. In the library of Stedor, there are many books written by Geshi Edeh Nis around 105 AE, and modern scientist of the Stedor University think they found where the hidden treasures can be found. The only problem we got is that no-one knows where exactly Ximus can be found on the modern maps.” Margot was quiet for a moment. She only heard a few of the stories of the Alleenridders as she grew up in Terelli, far away from Stedor. But she loves to read and stumbled across some ot the books of Geshi Edeh Nis in the Great Library of Terelli. - - - - -
  11. I made some Prio Guards (purple) & Garvian Engineers (those CMF Conquistadores). Those Garvians are also used in some other builds by me. I would love to help developping some of those countries
  12. Welcome Lieutenant Landwood to this wonderfull new world! If MAESTRO can help you in your endeavours, we would be more than happy to do so! Kind regards, Lord Maximilian Damaximus, CEO of MAESTRO, Duke of Stedor, Governor of La Sombra & Prince of Garvey
  13. I am missing Professor Thaum in the member list for ERA I? :) Anywho, @dr_spock, @nivremis & @MKJoshA: Is there already a lore set by one of you guys, about the background of the ancestors of your characters, seeing they come from a region far far away?
  14. Awesome job as always! Those fences are fantastic, just like the water and all those other details!
  15. I voted for the round tags, can I have the one above now? :D these are really sweet!
  16. There is also a huge Narwhal swimling in the sea :) I can't remember if we already encountered mermaids or not... It is a game set in the Golden Age of Sailing. So if you build a MOC featuring a huge monster, go for it as others can say this is only the imagination of a bunch drunken sailors :p Just don't start building a monster and say that this little pet is going to destroy all your enemies :) so in other words, you can't own magic pets or abilities. You can only spread rumours and tales about those :) To be sure, I hope someone of leadership can confirm this :p
  17. My entry The second pub is licenced as small Artisan in Mesabi Landing btw :)
  18. "Sir! Sir!" General Whitedragon looked to his left. He just enjoyed some applecider in the "Golden Fish Inn" at the Quays of Trador. "Officer Kai, you have my attention" Officer Kai, happy to have the attention of the General, saluted once more before speaking. "Sir, I have an update about the WTC raid in Trador, after their game" "Oh yes, that curious case. Tell me what did you find?" "Sir, it is even getting more curious. No one of the participants remembered putting stuff in that warehouse. So in other words, the stuff they looted wasn't ours and hasn't been claimed by someone else." "But what about the Eslandolan soldier the whitness described" "As you may know, Sir, he hasn't resurfaced anymore. But to make it a little bit more complicated, we did find his clothes. They are green indeed, but they don't belong to any militia that was on this island the past months." General Whitedragon stared into the distance for a moment. "Well, case closed then. It is clear someone put those explosives in that warehouse for a reason, and it seems that the guilty one has left our island as well." ------------------------------------------ Meanwhile in Mesabi Landing, a WTC soldier left the "Fallingwater Pub" ------- Thanks @Mesabi for hosting this fun challenge!
  19. The interesting fact is that Eslandola hasn't a new member since ages :p @Drunknok, feel free and go for the Sea Rats (are those are the free people hahaha) :p Just kidding, every faction has its romantic aspects...
  20. Some of my feedback: missing 2 campaigns should not result in a punishment. Especially not since this is already campaign 4 since February, making 1 campaign every 2 months with a reaction time of 1 month to build. There can be a lot of reasons why one can not build for some months for a specific RPG. Sometimes it is a distraction, leading to less interest in the said RPG. What I learned when playing GoH and BoBS is that players tend to be inactive for some months and then suddenly return. This is the case for me. I haven't participated in GBW for 2 campaigns due some real life stuff and other dead lines. Now coming back, I have to admit I have no clue anymore about what happened. I can't find the outcome of campaigns 2 & 3. There is the BBN, but it does not address the start of the campaigns, nor the outcomes. Which is too bad, as the BBN would be the perfect tool to keep track of all events, not just the side events.
  21. Yep, a lot of those shops in Belgium as well :p
  22. @Garmadon congratz! Happy to see there will be a settlement near my silver mine! :D
  23. There is a trick to see the numbers inside the hidden columns :p anyway, I am really interested in the reason as well, seeing a +15 (?) for Trador :)
  24. You are welcome. It complicates stuff for me as well, hence my proposal to sail together when possible. I mean, we don't know how hostile nations like Tellvok, Pan & Salleek are towards us. I see them as a sort of Middle Eastern nations with at least some of them comparable to the Barbary States. About the size, I fear that's very difficult to say. Corrington measures a 1400x650 miles Mardier measures a 900x500 miles Torrach Bonn (an Eslandolan Island in the Sea of Storms) measures 150x150 miles. The boundaries of the Mokolei Empire are not explored yet. Maybe your first mission could be trading world maps with the Mokolei Empire :p I really wonder who will be the first one who sails around the world :) @Bregir, @SkaForHire and the other game masters. May we conclude the 3 kingdoms East of the Mokolei Empire are not allies of the Mokolei Empire and could be at a permanent state of war with this empire? I would find it surprising that the "Mokolei Empire and allied states" have no interest in those smaller kingdoms.
