  1. I haven't collected any Ninjago sets, but I'm getting this and the morro dragon set. So well done I can't pass them up. I also love the rickshaw in master wu's dragon set, but will not be buying that set.
  2. Also I think it would work well with the upcoming Big Bang Theory set. Oh, you've given me a great idea. Thanks!
  3. Wonderful build and I love your idea of incorporating the research institute set. Beautifully done!
  4. Ah, I do remember that scene now. Been awhile since I watched that episode. Thanks!
  5. Thanks for clearing that up for me. I've always wanted to build a pod racer, so I guess this is the perfect opportunity. Good building to all!
  6. The betting aspect has me confused, but I guess I'll figure it out eventually. Also, why can't humans pilot pod racers? Wasn't Anakin a human?
  7. Your builds are so insanely awesome! I used to think you cheated a lot when you used LDD only, because I did not think all the beautiful angles you created were possible otherwise, but now that you've been building in real bricks I'm in awe!
  8. Lego! It's about the brick!

  9. I for one will be happy to add this model to my collection. I admit I had the same reaction as most of you when I first saw it. The stacked cockpit ball looked odd, the wings seem too bulky along the outer edges, and the price seemed to steep. That said it has been growing on me. I'm liking the stacked approach more and more and while I am still not fond of the bulk around the outer edges of the wings, I don' t see how it could have been done differently to accomplish the details in that area. Also the price is in line with the other UCS ships recently released and there are some rather large plates in those wings. Minifigs are not a priority for me and I'm glad they only included one. The tie pilot is all you need. It's a display model. I don't like the trend of TLG making UCS models with play features. Classic Lego goodness here IMO.
  10. Stunning work! I love all the shiny pieces.
  11. Very cool, I especially love how you've done the hood, bonnet, and the knifes for the window! Wonderful details created at a smaller scale.
  12. My thoughts exactly. I will display this set just above my SSD Executor and forgo my plans to get the Slave I and Star Destroyer.
  13. I was not planning on picking up this set, but I am so impressed by it that I will probably skip some of the other sets I wanted in order to afford this one. Yes the price could be better and I'm not a fan of the illegal connections, but everything else about it is refreshing and new. I hope Lego keeps the microfig scale UCS coming, because this is Great!
  14. Version 2 is definitely the better of the two, but somehow I think your original idea works best. To improve on that it will require a custom windshield.
  15. Rad! I love every detail and the colors a great! :wub_drool:
  16. Absolutely Spectacular! Great attention to the details of the paint job and mostly all of it accomplished with bricks alone. What you’ve done with the grille is quite nice. Don’t sell yourself short, you’re a great MOC-er and it shows with all the love you have put into this. Also, if it ever goes into production by LEGO I’m sure they could mold a windshield to put the finishing touch on this beauty!
  17. Very cool design. I love the black and white side details and the grill.
  18. Beautifully done with great details and I love the colors!
  19. I love this! Adorable and the figure looks spot on.
  20. Looks pretty sharp. I like it!
  21. Very cool! What piece did you use for the windshield and how is it attached?
  22. Very nice builds and story. I especially like the past scene. Great details there! I'm also looking forward to learning how you'll escape.
  23. Very cool! Love the chair!
  24. Looking for inspiration.

  25. Can my present scene be of me as a child finding the Heirloom? The narative would state that I'm remembering the day.
