I did the same removed those silly things as soon as it was built. I also didn't bother putting the stickers on the holding cell as I think it would look weird with any other villian ( than Ivy) with those vines and the Ivy stat sticker on.

Hmm I dunno if Daredevil would fit nicely into the Avengers. Their different types of heroes The Avengers are more global heroes where as DD is more of a Street hero. It could work if the film was set in the same universe and made refferences to the Alien attack. Actually thinking about it it would be interesting if Kingpin started picking up some of the alien weapons on the black market and was planning to sell them onto gangs or terrorists. Plus it would be cool to see a fight between Black Widow and Electra, but I can't see daredevil as a member of the Avengers. I don't think it would suit his style. I think the Fantastic Four would fit in better to the Cinematic Universe. After all some of the cosmic Villians and it would be incredible to see Stark, Banner and Reed Richards bounce of each other with banter and technical talk, not to mention Hank Pymm aswell. If Marvel ever get the rights to the X-men then I think they will sit on them for a while. Maybe wait until they get the rights back to everything and then relaunch the whole lot in a new universe. That's the one thing that DC has over Marvels film Universe they gave all the rights to their films to one company.

Just picked up the new Gambit series. Looks quite good can't wait to start reading it.

I think its because after AvX Marvel are doing what DC did last year and slowly cancelling everything and replacing it with new titles, in a bid to draw in new readers. I'm not sure if there will be a lot of difference between the two series but I'm guessing that Uncanny Avengers will be dealing with the aftermath of AvX. I also here that Marvel is bringing back some dead characters due to the reboot.

Is it confirmed that we will get more LOTR sets, or will all future sets just be about the Hobbit?

Never really know what they were I always just assumed they were different styled Batarangs.

Ted was just released last weekend here in England and I have to say I loved every minuite of it. It's been a while since I've laughed that hard at a film and am so glad I went to see it with friends.

I just finished reading Batgirl 1-7 and I was very pleased with the read. I highly recommend picking them up if your a Batman fan.

I don't think that it's the amount of characters that's the problem but rather the relevance and point of the series they are found in.

The reason I want a reboot is because I've had enough of the current series of X-men. I like the series but it's getting ridiculous now. I really don't think that we need a second Wolverine film, and first class was good but I'm not sure I want it made into a trilogy. Last Stand and Wolverine Origins were terrible films. Too many characters had terrible deaths and had pointless roles. Gambit should have never been in Origins, the only reason was so they could advertise him as ' look the character everyone wanted here'. There's so many inconsistencies between the films. Nightcrawler also just randomly disappeared and Cyclops had no real relevance in the second and third films. Wolverine, Magneto and Proffessor X were awesome characters and some of the best superhero portrails in the films. But the series for me has too much deadwood now with Four films in the works at the moment it is all too much. No wonder they can't keep track of what's happened to who at what point in time. They should in my opinion seperate First class from the rest of the series and turn that into a rebooted franchise or just leave the series for five years and start again. The whole First Class 2 thing about them relaunching and changing the history could be ok but until I see something like a trailer then I'm not getting my hopes up.

Ok so my birthday is approaching fast and Christmas is not too long after that. So I can't decide between SDCC Black Suit Spidey and SDCC Pheonix. Which ever one I end up getting for my birthday I will get for Christmas. Also do you guys think I should look into maybe getting Bizzaro and Shazam aswell?

I think eventually marvel will regain all there properties back but it will take time. X-men will by far be the toughest one to regain as the franchise seems to have around three or even four movies in development. There is first class 2 and Wolverine 2 both in development. Deadpool is In early stages and X-men 4 is having a scripted developed that will set up a fifth film. It's at the point with the X films that I would prefer a reboot, I loved First class and we most likely love a lot of the upcoming films. I feel however that it's time to let it die for a little bit and then start again. It's frustrating to me how a lot of the characters were presented ( Juggernaut, Gambit, Cyclops death). And although I like the spin offs I wanna see the a X-men film ( cyclops, Storm, Wolverine....) not just one character with a couple of cameos.

Good to know hopefully I will be getting Black suit Spidey and Pheonix for my Birthday and Christmas. Hopefully we will at least get a set list by September.

I'm still not sure that list is completely true. After all why would they give out old polybags after all the Avengers and Star Wars ones along with the two LOTR ones left. Plus the Ferari and Shell polybags are exculsive world wide to just Shell petrol stations so why would The Sun get them?

I'm hoping that next years sets will be more location focused. Don't get me wrong this years stuff was great but very vehicle based. I would rather we started to build locations in Gotham, Metropolis and New York with small vehicle extras in sets. Not every villain needs a vehicle, a good example could be a villain with a bank a superhero and a taxi or squad car or maybe even just a normal car. The reason I want these types of sets is because the CITY line is much to bright and colourful. It doesn't really have that dark look to it that the Superheroes sets do. When there together they look out of place.

I saw about the whole Galactus and Surfer going back to Marvel but it seems strange that Marvel would pull them away from FF.

I certainly hope there will not be a third series. Not because I don't enjoy the show because I actually think it's great and pretty entertaining. It's because I would like sets based on the comics like with the X-men set. One of the few good things about the sets based on the show is that through them we have got a Doctor Doom fig.

Oh ye I forgot about all of the Chinese and Mexican factories . Well even if LEGO aren't operating at full potential their still mikes ahead of MEGABLOKS .

For some reason I keep thinking that Commissioner Gordan may be in a normal comic based set. I know it seems more logical for him to be with Bane and TDKR batman but unless there's a Batpod and SWAT van VS Jokers truck (TDK) set I can't see him in a TDKR set. Its only because of the SWAT vest which he is wearing doesn't appear in the film. The Arkham set will be interesting. I think it will certainly be the biggest in the Superheroes range so far. Hopefully Robin will get a vehicle of some kind as he must feel a bit upset looking at all of Batman's vehicles that are all one seated. I mean how has he been getting to the crimes?

When I meant new I meant that it was new for Lego. Sure Lego has a lot of money but Lego still do not wish to simple waste it. Think about the amount of printers Lego must own and then think about the price it would cost to replace all those machines in one go. On top of this the production line would have to be shut down in order to install all of those machines. On a side note I'm a bit disappointed that Ivy is in this wave again, it would have been cooler if it was Killer Croc or maybe even Hugo Strange.

It's probably because this is a new technique. It was only about 10 years ago that we got a double sided face ( professor Quirrel) and now there everywhere. We most likely won't see this type of printing more widely used for a couple of years as it will be expensive for LEGO to buy more of these printing machines.

Well that exculsive figure has confirmed to me that I'm preordering the game. I'm so happy LEGO added voices to the game it really immerses me more into it.

I used to love the old ultimate Spider-man comics but I haven't been able to get into the new Spider-man.

I can't wait for the sequel for this game, I know it's a bit soon but the ending really was quite interesting. Hopefully the next game is a Lego Justic League as I want to see more Green Lanterns, more Villians, more open world locations and more heroes. Hopefully it won't take them to long for the sequel as I've almost completed this one to 100%.

I would prefer it if they don't do any spin offs or secondary trilogies now. It's great how it is maybe release a graphic novel or a book but not another film series. They should just reboot it and start again. When they do reboot the film I really want to see Dick Grayson as Robin and then as Nightwing with Tim Drake taking over the role in one of the later films. One of the best robins in my Opinion is the Arkham games version, he's not campy but isn't to serious but isn't as stupid and irritating as he was in Bat forever.
