  1. Arrow certainly does but a lot of interest for AoS has dropped off. If be suprised if AoS even makes it to a third season.
  2. Agreed you can play the greatest song in the world, but if people are looking at crap while listening to it then it suffer because of it.
  3. It will be interesting to see how fox respond to this, I mean his name is all over the trailers and posters, maybe they will erase it from future versions to cover themselves until they get a definitive answer.
  4. Well the in fairness Marvel did nearly bugger all for the X-men's 50th anniversary, so how can you expect another company to do anything for it. Plus X- men's 50th was last year anyway, along with Spider-man's which MARVEL did almost nothing with. At Least DC are making a big deal of Batman.
  5. Few that's alright then haha, I saw Amazing Spider-man 2 today and it's a really good movie. Sure there's some bad points but every movie has them.
  6. Sorry to disapoint you.http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/notyetamovie/news/?a=98253
  7. I guess one of the advantages of giving the characters this look, allows the writers to include characters who haven't been physically made yet to be included. The animated and designs can most likely quickly design most of Springfield on standard heads than they could on fully sculpted ones. Either way I'm guessing the episode will contain a lot of jokes about LEGO.
  8. It's this year that's batman a 75th anniversary if fact the beginning of this month marks a year of celebrity for DC until next April. The birthday list goes Superman's 75th anniversary 2013 Batman's 75th anniversary 2014 Dick Grayson's ( first Robin ) 2015 Green Lantern's (Alan Scott) and The Flash's( Jay Garrett) 75th anniversary are also in 2015.
  9. It would be interesting if they revealed some special anniversary sets. I could see them doing some of the most iconic vehicles and scenes. 1966 Batmobile A small mini figure tumbler 1989 Batmobile Or maybe just a one of set or something.
  10. While I'm sure the episode itself will be fine, the faces are terrible. In fact the clone wars heads look better than them. It probably doesn't help that the eyes and nose form the outline a penis and balls. Glad the LEGO went with the sculpted head design as it is clearly the better option.
  11. Ye I'm guessing the buildings can be replicated but, knowing LEGO most of pieces they'll have used in the show aren't manufactured in those colours. That's the experience I've had when reverse engineering some of the incredible, builds in the video games.
  12. Well in fairness LEGO are getting it half right, a good percentage of the exclusives have been variants 2011 movie Green Lantern 2011 Black TDKR Batman 2012 Black suit Spider-man 2013 Black Suit Superman 2013 Amazing Spider-man suit While I don't agree with Con Exclusives, at least all four aren't brand new characters.
  13. Plus it's the 550th episode and their 25th anniversary, so I'm pretty sure they are willing to spend a lot of time and money to make it as good as it can be.
  14. That picture isn't a screenshot from the episode, it's just two images put together. For all we know it's old concept art. Plus considering it's not straight from LEGO or 20th Century fox, we don't even know if it's an officially image.
  15. I doubt they would use different models for the TV show. After all what would be the point of using different versions in the episode when they are basically promoting the ones on the shelf? Especially when this line is really just the figures, surely LEGO want to use the 550th episode as a giant commercial and show off all the effort they've put into each figure.
  16. Still no sign of the figures in the UK, which is very strange. Usually the CMFs come out a few weeks before the release date here.
  17. Hi everyone, I'm looking for an some Arrow decals. Mainly green Arrow, Black Canary and Roy Harper. Has anyone already made decals for the Arrow TV series?
  18. Well even without another Iron man Film they have to bring Stark back out of retirement, as he's in the Avengers films as Ironman. So either way they are going to go against the ending of the third film. I would mind another ironman film as long as it ties more into the MCU, which I felt Iron man 3 didn't. Plus it would be extremely interesting to see Stark solo in a Post TWS world, would he follow his Dads footsteps and build a new SHIELD or perhaps create another Avengers team ( new Avengers, Secret Avengers.....). I'm guessing that MARVEL feel there might too long a gap between Iron man appearances. It will most likely be around 3 to 4 years between Avengers 2 and 3, and considering he's MARVEL's flagship character currently I can see them wanting him around more. I get the feeling that RDJ will do the film for enough money, and considering the last one made a billion I can't see Ironman 4 not happening.
  19. Did you hear about the feedback sheets Disney were handing out at one or two TWS screenings? The questions weren't really interesting except the one. 'Which of these Films do you want to see most ?' Avengers age of Ultron Thor 3 Antman Captain America 3 Iron man 4 What's interesting to me is all of the other films have been announced and are in production, so is Disney making another Ironman film and let it slip by Accident? source:http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/marvel-survey-asks-captain-america-viewers-about-iron-man-4-interest-1444408
  20. Groot can increase his size rapidly at will so I'm guessing he's increased his overall height by double, in order to face nebular.
  21. Well given the large amount of people saying he's grey, plus the fact that LEGO weren't the only toy company to create a grey Drax, http://mightymega.co...-vinyl-figures/ http://www.actionfig...-2014-products/ I'm going to say he looks more grey than green.
  22. Marvel have just released a Guardians of the Galaxy prelude comic that is set in same universe as the film. So far only one has been released and it will run for a couple of issues. At the moment it focuses on Thanos, nebula and Gamora's relationship with each other.
  23. Earlier you said a bar is clearly a bar regardless. I don't know if you've seen Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, but that Tavern and scene contained excessive consumption and drunkenness. While the scene isn't exactly shocking and mostly talking, its clear that the individuals inside the pub are drunk.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FxiKFYthv6o Also the set didn't only include goblets but kegs of beer and rum bottles which clearly reference alcohol. Not really. My reasoning is that its hypocritical for LEGO to pick and choose what of their codes they follow at a given time, whether thats violance, alchol or whatever, however they willing shut down projects on CUUSOO that infringe one rule without a seconds thought .
  24. Lego has made Bars and taverns in the past, 4193 The London escape, mos eisley cantina 4501, 75052 the New Mos Eisley Cantina and the medieval market had a tavern. So LEGO hasn't always avoided alcohol and Moe's wouldn't be in a cartoon setting not a City setting. With Itchy and Scratchy, it shouldn't matter if it's a cartoon inside a cartoon, there's still huge amounts of blood and organs being thrown around. Sure there's no blood referenced on those figures but LEGO did include items intended for violence in that setting ( the Axe and the Club). It's a bit stupid for LEGO to say we don't want to reference alcohol as that would break our code of standards, even though the Cat and Mouse we just released clearly break our standards.
  25. Well yesterday I watched an episode where Itchy disembowelled Scratchy, nailed his lower intestines to a rail then pushed him into a volcano. After that he poured gas onto Scratchy sending him up in flames to his death. That's a regular week for Scratchy and much worse has happened to that cat, so its a bit late for LEGO to choose the moral high ground with the Simpsons theme. If they can make Itchy and Scratchy (probably the most violent characters ever made in LEGO) then they can make Moe's, the Church and anything else the Simpsons has to offer. they don't have to include beer just translucent mugs, as long as they don't come out and say its beer what's the problem?
