Good to see this fine car In The Brick. The '50s-'60s Cadillac had the same chassis and basic frame, so this model could essentially be modified to be any of those model years, These cars are known for their large Texas-sized proportions, so the scale is quite accurate, too. Good job to both the designer and the builder. I am going to build one, too. Thanks for the inspiration.

This ship is magnificent! I am very fond of the fighters, and would like nothing more han to build one like this. So beautiful.

[MOC] Ye Olde Town Hall (at Jersey Gardens Lego Store)
Only Sinner replied to ACPin's topic in LEGO Town
This is a fantastic looking MOC. I really like the siding technique, and the roof also. -
This is brilliant! Looks just like the real thing. I wish you would post more of your creations, too.

75034 Death Star Troopers 75035 Kashyyyk Troopers 75036 Utapau Troopers I only got one of each for now, I will wait to see how much I like them before I get more. I also don't like to buy all the wave at once because it feels like the excitement is over too fast. It's more fun to stretch it out over a while.

Ghostbusters 30th Anniversary CUUSOO set Discussion
Only Sinner replied to Itaria No Shintaku's topic in LEGO Licensed
So, there will be chrome pieces and everything is printed! $50, $60? Why is there conflicting information about how much it will be? I don't care, I'm getting one. -
I love it. It's like crazy, acid techno, hippie rave party coffee truck.

Load up on some Creator sets. You get enough pieces to start making small buildings, or at least larger facades. There are quite a few custom instructions available on ebay and Bricklink, too. You can make your town however you like, but remember the Modulars are pretty big, so make sure you have lots of room.

Hat Shop - Modular building built with vintage parts
Only Sinner replied to Roger_Smith's topic in LEGO Town
Good for you, breathing new life into those vintage bricks. The whole building looks good and it's nice and tall, too. With the limited part designs and color palette, the whole thing turned out looking great. I heard those 80's spacemen get crazy when they get together like that, so watch out.- 19 replies

These are some really clever designs. I especially like the Bib one with the blue windshield.

I remember these weird vehicles. I think the toy manufacturers still make stuff like this. Good job on all the SNOT work, and I really like the MK1.
-
It's a very beautiful model, I would buy more than one if it were offered.

What a fine build! I'm loving all those slopes, too. The streamlined effect is not easy to achieve in LEGO. Good work, here.

You've certainly piqued my intrest with the monster-y vibe going on here. looking forward to see what you do with this town.

I love this truck, too. Look at those piggies! Wak!

Good looking droid. Brilliant execution but with simple technique! It looks like one could add modular weapons package to it quite easily.
-
The bike looks very accurate. I have always wanted one of these.

I like the alternate builds for this set. Usually, only the main build is even worth looking at, but it seems as though they actually put some real consideration into the appeal of the other builds this set offers.

Looks wonderful so far! I think the pub should be serving burgers, fried chicken and fish and chips. Of course you will need a big beer sign, too. American pubs also have a long bar to sit at as well as several booths inside. I don't know about Australian ones, though. Would you make an outside seating area, like a patio or something? I see that alot.

MOD/MOC Modular Juice Bar / Karate Studio / Greenhouse (WIP)
Only Sinner replied to pjchilds's topic in LEGO Town
Good on ya putting those kids to work! All that construction is going to pay off, because this looks great. Even that shady character on the roof looks about to spend some money here. -
Wow, that's amazing. This church would make a fine addition to any larger layout. I am envious of your engineering ability!

This is way better than half the set designs that TLG has come out with lately. I love the retro 4-wide trucks, and the whole layout is wonderful. I especially like the service center.
