  2. Thanks Kristel! He was inspired by this I believe
  3. Thanks, I'm looking forward to seeing what he builds as he gets older
  4. Thanks, he worked on that for quite a while
  5. Lovely castle, it resembles the real thing very well The windows are great and I like the roof o the main section
  6. Very impressive mosaic! The forest and castles are both superb
  7. @RBC: You are more than welcome to enter the Master Architect Challenge, and as for Mitgardia's building style, I recommend checking out previous Mitgardian MOCs in the MOC index (scroll down till you get to the Mitgardia section): link
  8. Welcome to Mitgardia RBC! Your fig looks great, looking forward to seeing how his adventure goes
  9. Snazzy looking car, the grill slopes on the front look great What piece are the spoilers?
  10. Those curved stairs are superb! Nice brick effect on the road too
  11. Pretty clever how you made the shape match that of a manta ray The color scheme is very fitting for a Friends shuttle. Nice touch with the headlights
  12. I wish I could have fit the set in one of the cups One of the workers said they had put the purple tiles out only the day before I was there
  13. Very impressive statue! The sword is superb and I like your helmet design The hands seem a little out of scale to his forearms though
  14. You definitely achieved the classic castle look I like the hay cart and bales. The opening doors to the stable are great as well
  15. Nice use of the pieces for the hull and I like how you curved the railing to match The net with fish looks great as well
  16. Thanks, he is improving quite quickly as a builder
  17. Thanks jeroenaa, he had fun designing the figs for this scene Thanks, and the next one is quite a bit bigger
  18. My younger brother, age 11, built this scene. After meeting with his friends, Kendrick prepared for another journey. This time he was traveling with his friends as a trader. Their wagon contains tools and cloth: Credit for tree design goes to Mark of Falworth. He would appreciate any feedback
  19. Great displays, the ship and ancient temple are my favorites Nice woodwork for the room too
  20. Nice recreation of the scene I think making all the horses galloping and posing the uruks so they look a little more worried would add to the scene though
  21. Thanks! He used some pieces in ways I had never thought of
  22. Thanks, I also thought the use of axes was great Thank you, definitely a crowded market
  23. Got all this from 3 small cups and one large: List of pieces: tan 1x3 bricks, tan 2x4 bricks, tan 1x2 palisade bricks, tan 4x6 plates, bley 2x4 bricks, bley 1x4 bricks, bley 1x2 grill bricks, clear 1x2 plates, clear 1x1 plate rounds, clear 1x2 bricks, light blue 1x2 bricks, white flowers, purple 1x2 tiles, and grass stalks. A grand total of 2279 pieces at 1.7 cents a piece
  24. Magnificent! I believe the church contains your best stonework to date, which is saying a lot! The slant of the side walls, the shutters, the stained glass windows, the doorway, and the roof are all spectacular Some of my favorite little details are: the swivel bases over the stained glass windows, the use of mudguards over the windows, the many unique gravestones (some very clever parts usages in there), and the vine climbing the church The dark green/sand green landscaping works perfectly here, and the curving path and wall set the greens off wonderfully The story was well-written and very interesting. One of your best yet (in my opinion anyways) and I'm looking forward to the next part of the Dark Isle Saga. Was the deadline for a conference or a contest?
  25. Thanks Kristel! I think the red and white roof is my favorite, and yes the red flag one is quite fragile
