  1. I the pillars and arches, the log bricks at the bottom of the pillars flow nicely into the 2x2 rounds Excellent furniture too, the little gold highlights throughout the build look great
  2. Neat forge, I like all the armor around Excellent story too
  3. Excellent architecture on both houses, but my favorite part are the interiors The cut-away roofs work nicely and the furniture is superb, having some of it placed at an angle makes the interior feel much more real
  4. Thanks Lasse! Thanks dG After trying this rockwork style in my Mitgardian Hunters vig, I knew I'd be using it a lot Thanks Torgar! Simple can be nice now and again
  5. Beautiful I haven't seen many MOCs in Fabuland scale, it looks great, and the modified Fabuland figs look very fitting in the Shire The colors and shape of the windmill are lovely and all the interiors are superb. Your water effect works nicely, and I like that you used some good old blue in it. I'm always impressed by your builds and am definitely impressed with this
  6. @DrColossus: That looks good You can always do free builds for Mitgardia, which just need to be posted in the Guilds of Historica forum like all the other MOCs you see
  7. Thank you The white leaves are official LEGO And you shouldn't have to wait long for the next phase Thanks, you inspired the lance Thanks Gideon, and I had to do something a bit out of the ordinary
  8. Excellent build and interesting story The bridge and tree are my favorite parts
  9. We don't see normal blue used for water that much anymore, it looks pretty good here Good rockwork too
  10. Thanks Kai, dark red is one of my favorite colors for Nocty builds Thanks Matthew
  11. Thanks Matthew, these angles were super easy to build as the walls were only two thick Thank you, that archway is made by attaching 1x2 plates to the bottom of a 1x6x2 arch and then adding cheese slopes to the ends of the 1x2 plates Thanks! I try to include living quarters in all my builds
  12. Thanks, I'm glad you noticed the slight incline Thanks LV, I really like that shoulder armor, though I wish more helmets and beards fit with it. And I'm glad the 'fog' doesn't bother you, it normally isn't so noticeable Thanks dG, I'm really looking forward to building phases 2 and 3
  13. Another excellent replica His head looks perfect
  14. Thanks, and no the 'fog' wasn't intentional, the camera I'm using has some scratches on the lens Scratched camera lens Thanks Gunman, and I hadn't even thought about that shield being the same as the tag Thanks, that rope work nicely for reins Thanks Kai! See above for your answer
  15. Well I've finally started some AoM builds, and this is my Phase I Stables build. I received the white leaves as a Christmas gift and have been wanting to use them for a while. There are giant wolves in Mitgardia, and some have been captured and tamed to become formidable mounts: Any C&C welcome
  16. Congratulations to the winners. And to all who participated
  17. Thanks Thank you, I try to fit lots of details in
  18. I built my first AoM MOC today, I'll probably post it this afternoon or tomorrow Edit: Here it is: Also welcome to Mitgardia, Dr Colossus
  19. Thanks kabel, and of course it's bley, what other colors are there?
  20. Thanks LV, it was quite refreshing to build a 'simple' castle Thanks Kai, you can expect lots more rockwork like this from me, it's my new 'normal' style Thanks Infernum, and I have some builds planned for Mitgardia now
  21. Very impressive horseman The lance does look a little long, but with a little modification it would be perfect. I may borrow that design
  22. Those large plants really do give a nice forest feel Excellent archer figs and the little bird looks great
  23. Built for Global Challenge VI in the Lands of Classic Castle. This is for the "Unrestricted" Category. My main goals for this build were: to experiment with using dark green 1x1 bricks for the landscape, using bley 1x2 grill bricks for texturing the castle walls, and to create a 'real' castle feel with the build. The castle is fairly simple, but I think it is the most realistic looking castle I've built yet. As always there is a full interior, this time accesible by a hinging wall. Thenwell Castle is a small castle in southern Lenfald, and one of the few castles not currently under the "Queen's" control. Lord Thenwell has been amassing weapons and armor to be ready for the revolt. Pepin helps with the stockpiling. More pictures here: link Any comments/criticism appreciated
  24. Excellent brick-built sign and I like the water barrel on the roof Great figs too
